Hardee’s — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My last review was amazing. 5 stars. I love eating here very much.. I went back this time.. 3 star now..

The lady made us pull out to get the food. Which is fine. Don't mind waiting for fresh food. But...

She said it and I quote.. "Can y'all go over there." Proceeded to point in a direction.

Not very professional to be honest.. no please.. Just.. a "Go over there. [She points]"

She seemed to be mad or upset? Not smiling. Slamming the drive through window.. X2 not once. Twice.

Also when she brought our food out... she was on her phone! Not paying attention to us at all. Brought it to us and continue to stay and be on her phone the entire time.

May I remind you. I was not rude. I have no reason to be. I am there to get food.. pay money* remember.. not there to be rude to.

The food here is always 100. They are usually pretty fast with getting the order out to me. The order is always right. Thank you for that. I beyond love the frys! The burgers are always hot and fresh! Huge sauce choices! Again thank you for that. Almost never disappoint. Especially on here. You always reply and get back to me. Means a lot to me.

But today was different.. I haven't ever had a problem until today. Today at.1:15 pm whomever was working in the window.. today is Feb 27th. That lady needs to be spoken to. Be more professional.

I will come back and update my next visit. I am a regular customer and make reviews very often.

I actually had a lower rating last time. My rating has went up! Since then.. and I can say I really enjoy eating here. The food is always warm. I really like their curly frys. The burgers are so good here. I enjoy their onion rings. I like to order the ice cream too. The place is clean. The service is very nice and helpful. Not too high for the food. They are extremely fast with getting your food out. From ordering to leaving (drive through) takes me no more then 10?? Minutes at most. Least 6 minutes? Really was disappointed... I went around 2 pm late lunch. Got chicken strips and fries. The fries was not fresh at all and the strips tasted scorched. I feel like they dropped them back in the grease to heat them up. Long story short i could not eat them. So i carried them back to them. The MOD on duty apologized and made me fresh food. It was like it was supposed to be good. My concern is it should have been done right the first time. The cook knew he was giving me old food the first time. That employee needs to be retrained or fried of continues. I have always loved hardees but this put a bad taste in my mouth i wont forget. I pray it dont happen...
