Hibachi 2 Go — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The sushi is okay, it gets the job done. The sushi is mini sized compared to other places. Unfortunately, a friend has minor allergies to tuna so he ordered the california roll. Apparently, when you order sushi here, even if you purchase 5 different orders for multiple people, they'll squeeze and mix everything in one/two small containers. Didn't know that was the case since usually other places would place each sushi order in its own container (or at least like-items/ 2 items max). What happens if you order for multiple people? Theyre trying to save cost by cutting corners, i get it. Ive worked in the food industry for years. I would've looked the other way and ordered something else for my friend but when I called back, the lady was very rude when i mentioned the issue. She wouldnt let me speak or finish my sentences, and seemed rushing to hang up. Not even an apology. Instead, she blamed me for not specifying that i want my 5 different orders of (different) sushi (for multiple people) to be in seperate containers prior to ordering. Bottom line, food is okay, but extremely terrible service, and rude employee. There's a better sushi spot around the corner (they're just closed...

The Teriyaki Plates are priced SUPER reasonable, but you do get what you pay for. Sometimes the protein is burnt/crunchy. Probably evidence of reheating. Teriyaki plates come with a big portion of white rice, sliced cabbage with a dash of some other veggies. The portion size is nice, and as long as you aren't expecting something out of a Japanese Steakhouse, the food is good.

I did also order 2 pieces of Salmon Sushi and a Tuna Roll with my order. The Salmon Sushi was delicious and buttery. The Tuna Roll however had a pretty pungent fishy smell and taste. I threw it out after the first bite. Since it was my first delivery, I didn't bother trying to call back for a refund. I'll give it another try in-store, but for now if I get delivery, it's Sushi/Sashimi only.

My advice: Low expectations, hunger pangs, and cheap prices make...

This place is my favorite Sushi Togo. I have ordered from here few times. Their food is pretty good and Sushi are always fresh. There's a pretty young girl works .She's so sweet. I believe her name is Michelle. She definitely deserve a raise!!!! Unfortunately, the driver have to go. I have never seen a driver like him before. He has no manners what so ever. Every time he delivered my food , there's always an attitude and he will drives off without even a word Thank You. 😡😡😡 But that won't stop me . I just order pickup only, because I don't want to see the Driver again. Keep up the...
