Holiday Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I want to start by saying I use to love this place but after tonight, I will NEVER be eating from this place again. I placed a call over an hour ago which isn’t the issue. The issue lies when I called to follow up on the order and the employee who answered the phone tried to argue me down about it. Claims to have called my phone several times which was a lie considering I had my phone in my hand since 5:30 watching Sabrina on Netflix. This man going back and forth with me saying I got a call when I never did. Then a woman in the back decides to jump in saying they called me. Now she called me, the driver called me, the owner called...but not one came through. Hummmm??? Ok. I’m unsure on what customer service skills they were trained on but this was on a whole other level of unprofessional. The guy goes why didn’t you answer you door. Ummm excuse me? Mind you, I have a sign that says the bell doesn’t work. I guess that’s besides the point. I tells them to just give me a refund at this point because this is getting ridiculous. They tell me they don’t do refunds. How convenient. Should of did cash vs card payment. Funny how their phone worked well when they called to tell me the driver is on the way and to be downstairs cause it’s raining. Like I can’t see out the window and because that last part was needed right. I don’t even feel comfortable eating the food now ad feeding it to my daughter on the strength that I know how nasty people can get with food to a person they...

Today was our first and LAST time ordering from here. The lack of effort was ridiculous! Please explain to me how you can mess up an order that was written and printed correctly?? Or how do you confuse chicken nuggets for broccoli bites? Asked for bbq wings and got hot wings, called to have them corrected and they were disgusting. Not even appetizing to the eye. My kids didn’t even like the pizza and they love all pizza 🤦🏽‍♀️ I asked for extra cheese on the cheese steak, it was like they split one slice of cheese on each half of my sandwich.

I wish I could give no stars. I made my order through Grubhub and after almost 1 hour running late I decided to call the restaurant, and a lady hung up on me saying that it was closed. I called again and she wasn’t giving me the chance to talk, so I had to talk at same time as her to ask what’s going on with my order. She was very rude saying to call Grubhub and my order never arrived. She said they don’t sell ice cream. But I also ordered a chocolate cake and banana pudding but they don’t said nothin about it.
