This was a damn shame I spent 35$ it was trash!! This was not Boston Market food The sweet potatoes taste like baby food the string beans were canned and uncooked Mac and cheese was rotten and disgusting!!! It was bad !!no wonder nobody was in there !! If this location was near my house I would have taken it back!! Instead I threw it in the trash!!! I will be calling corp!! This location needs to be shut down immediately!! This is not what the other Boston Markets are selling!!! Also you do not see any chickens cooking the cashier was the person who made my platters only 2 people were working!! Awful!! Tried to call and nobody picked the phone up sad!!And they didn't give me a piece of cornbread with my food!! I want my money back seriously sour Mac and Cheese 😤😠 And I had to come back to edit my review!! These reviews bad reviews back as far as 4 years this only means 1 thing ... these reviews don't mean a damn thing because nothing is changing at all !! I don't live around there so I didn't know that this place was horrible!! I didn't see the reviews before my stop or I would not have patronized this store!! I have never been to. According to the worker inside, this location has been open for 3 months. There was one worker operating the store I went to the drive-thru and was asked to please come inside the store because he was the only one there and he couldn't do the drive-thru and inside customer service. With that being said, it looks like a hood trap house on the inside. It's not set up like a traditional Boston Market, you order over the counter there's no food to be seen so you can tell if it's fresh or not or what's being prepared. The worker Walks Behind a wall then comes out with a platter of your food and a used Supermarket plastic bag. I ordered a kids meal of One Piece dark meat with one side and a drink. The piece of chicken I received was so small and so dry you would need to dunk it in a glass of water to be able to chew and swallow it. I also ordered the sweet potatoes which were the consistency of baby food. It was not the normal Boston Market sweet potato that's made with oatmeal and brown sugar crumbles on top. The cornbread was dry and hard like a hockey puck. For my drink I had the option of a soda, box of fruit juice, or a box of Yoo-hoo. I requested a bottle of water instead but was denied because water was not an option with the kids meal. I went in to buy some of the greatest chicken in world, I think, and when I pulled up to parking area to my surprise it was empty. Never have I seen a Boston Market empty !!! Second, no food on display to see what I'm getting and they were out of vegetables after 1pm ???? So far all bad signs. Third, the cashier was straight hood with an attitude that might get her a foot in the ass and continued lost revenue to this establishment. HOOD KNOWS HOOD !!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there. I would rather go to the one on Roosevelt Ave !!! Fourth, to top it off,What are you guys serving? Pigeon?!? I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with a 1/4 chicken. When I opened my container I thought they didn't give me my chicken!!! That 1/4 of chicken was so small it was hidden under the small rack of ribs !!! That definitely was NOT A FULL SIZE CHICKEN!!! You cannot hide a full size leg n thigh under those small ass ribs !!! At least I could say that the food had Boston Market taste but never will that establishment be getting my money again.
