I had been ordering here for YEARS! The delivery guy went to the wrong house and my daughter said sir your at the wrong house this is the correct door. It was freezing cold and my daughter was in labor and couldn’t walk but ordered for the other kids and I watched from the window because I had surgery on my foot. But this was odd because our delivery was ALWAYS DOOR TO DOOR. I then called to explain to the establishment and the young lady that answered assured me it was noted. Today we call to order because this WAS my favorite spot to order from and we were told by the phone person the managers banned us from ordering because we refused to pay. Which was the story the delivery guy gave and never happened(of course he wouldn’t tell the whole story. Then stated they tried to redeliver and we wouldn’t answer which didn’t happens as well). So I called 3 times my daughter called once and I called twice the young lady placed us on hold and hung up on me twice. The manager never allowed me to speak with him. Although the food is DELICIOUS here and typically I would recommend them I will never ever ever ever recommend them to anyone. The customer service is absolutely terrible. For the store to punish us and didn’t get a constant paying customer the time of day and to hang up numerous times. It is a businesses right to refuse service to whom they choose and that is ok but at least hear us out and communicate professionally. This store is ran POORLY! Please stay away from this store. Very disrespectful. I've lived around here my whole life and never had a problem with any of the other stores around here. Unfortunately this store charged my card TWICE in ONE day for ONE meal. This happened on a Sunday and I went back that same night to let them know what happen. I showed them the receipt and signed in on my bank account app showing that they charged my card twice. (Visit #1) I was asked to give them 3 business days for things to try and work itself out. I returned Friday (5 business days later, more than enough time for things to work itself out) and was told I needed to come back after 5pm that same day. Again I signed in on my bank account app showing them still that they charged my card twice. (Visit #2) I returned that same Friday well over 5pm and signed in online through the bank's website and showed them for the third time that they charged my card twice. I was then told I needed an official print out of my bank statement. (Visit #3) I will update you all on Visit #4 tomorrow. I really had to breathe before sharing. I called in a pick up order. The young lady and I laughed, went over the order twice, and she confirmed the order even correcting me when I thought I forgot to mentioned something. Order was picked up but no soda as requested and paid for. Went back to get it. They tried to say it wasn't on the receipt but thank goodness a receipt was requested on first pick up. Soda (yes just a soda) was picked up and it gets sadder. Get back to food, now cooling only to find that food was incorrect. I called, spoke to the same person who took order. She acts like she isn't aware so I reminded her but she passes phone with no explanation. Gentleman gets phone and asked could he help.
