No 1 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My regular chinese store started closing on Monday’s, so I decided to give this one a try. I ordered over the phone. I got 4 wings and a Cheesesteak roll. Figured you can’t mess that up lol. This place is about a 3 minute drive from me. I got there said “ I called” she asked me what I wanted on my wings. I also got a fruit punch drink paid and was out in less than 5 mins! My total was $10.25 . Wings were good nice and crispy, not too hard. Cheesesteak roll had a lot of onions more than meat but I feel like that’s every chinese store. Fruit punch drink was a little too sweet, threw a couple of ice cups in it. I will return to try other items....

8/26/23-Update to my previous review- ordered shrimp with mix vegetables and the sauce is straight soy sauce and cornstarch, salty as hell. I called to state my issue and was told that was my problem because I don’t like salty food. Soy sauce is not what your sauce should consist of. Told me other ppl like it so she doesn’t believe me??? Really well I’m not other ppl I’ve been ordering from here for years and this is the first time I’ve encountered such disregard for money I have spent. Such disrespect. This is a hidden Gem in the neighborhood of Mt. Airy section in Philadelphia, PA. The Owners/Cooks here make very Delicious food ALL the time. They are also friendly and helpful. Due to Covid-19 there's No Inside Dining ONLY Take-out. You must wear a mask or face covering and stay 6 feet apart.
