Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Greasy, mixed up, missing items, INEDIBLE. Beat for my money.

If you look through my reviews, you'll see that It's pretty rare that I leave such a terrible review, and I frequently leave feedback for most places that I go.

We had a pretty decent sized order. A party pack, a cravings box, a few extra tacos, a quesadilla, sauces, and some drinks. All of the items were thrown into a single bag. No box for the party pack, no box for the cravings box. There was no way to figure out what was what unless you investigated every item individually.

The wrapper of every single item that contained ground beef was soaked. So much so that it saturated the bottom of the paper bag. It looked like something you would get from a cheesesteak spot.

Several items were missing, the food was as greasy as all get out. Everything was thrown together carelessly to a point where a taco(s) came undone, and I had a gigantic bag of slop.

When I went back to raise concern over my $70 order. After some pretty cruddy customer service they decided to count the entire order, and refused a refund for the missing items that they forgot but charged us for...?

This is Taco Bell location is a total liability and is going to end up getting someone sick. Taco Bell corporate should consider evaluating the management structure at this location....

Terrible food and service... first of all the person in front of us didn't get his order and parked in front of us to go inside and get the right order of food. Then we finally got your food after trying to explain to the person we wanted a potato griller, 8 soft tacos and one regular taco and that took a good twenty minutes. Then we got up to the window got our food looked through it and then we didn't have our griller or our regular taco so we went back up and politely explained we didn't have what we ordered then she grabbed our bag rummaged through it opened our tacos like the food we were missing would be in the tacos and messes them all up then rewraps our tacos and throughs them back in the bag and then gives us the rest of the food after a good 15 minutes of rummaging and I guess not believing us gives us the food we didn't have before and points where it exit. And that we the fun time we had there! Do not go there I would never...

Has to be the worst Taco Bell in existence, corporate needs to come take a good look at the operation of this location. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this one. My food seemed to be made by a disgruntled employee or maybe someone who was not properly trained, i couldn't bring myself to eat it despite how hungry I was. I didn't open my bag to inspect the food until I got home which was too late. I ordered three tacos and a combo, what I got in my bag was basically a mess. All had shattered taco shells, way too much sour cream and were wrapped sloppily. The other review which states that the employees were preoccupied with friends is completely true. While I was waiting there were two young men who seemed to know everyone working , one was eating his food right at the counter and both were joking with several of the people working there.
