Kozies water ice &ice cream — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Kozies , kozies, kozies . Could have a gold mine, but here's the reason why it's not . Poor customer service, I want to be greeted with a smile Or. Acknowledgment that I walked into your establishment ( hello welcome to kozies ). Also Atmosphere is everything doesn't give me a ice cream parlor feel ( Add neon signs, pictures. Like the ones you have on your website and most important. Is take the pictures off the glass. TAKE U PICTURES OFF THE GLASS!!! People want to see products that you're selling, no one can see them.THIS WILL MAKE U WANNA TRY SOMETHING U PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE.. And this is coming from people in your community that you're trying to Patronize. . Please Your best business is repeat business. One time Customers is not sustainable. Last thing the wait is too long . Just a sorry for the wait I'll be right with u will go along way . Make me feel like I find my place . Chick fil a has mastered this. And there customer service is impeccable. Wish Kozies all the success and with a few simple changes...

I went for the first time with my family and got a pizza pretzel since they were out of the two water ice flavors I wanted. Pretzel was good. I must admit that we were not greeted when we walked in and the wait was long. A family that walked in after us had even left because of the wait. We got two funnel cakes and they were made one after the other. Then the pretzel was made. For efficiency, it would have been nice for us to have received our items together opposed to having to wait for each one to be made separately. I do agree with another reviewer that it would be also nice to see the actual water ice & ice cream. I don’t expect it with Rita’s because they are a pull up and serve business but in an ice cream parlor, it would be nice to have a visual of what I’m buying. Customer service with a smile and a bit of pep in your step would go a long way. Maybe the young lady could’ve been having a bad day. I would try them again though. Hopefully this was just a one...

I read the reviews before i visited this place and I was hesitant because of a very negative review written by “ Steve London” . And I’m glad I did go because kozie’s is everything but what he described. The customer service was excellent, I was greeted when I walked in with very warm smiles. The wait was not bad at all and I mean you are expecting to wait for something that is made by order and fresh for you and even though I expected to wait for my order the kind lady working still thanked me for patiently waiting for my order. I saw he complained about the stickers they have on the fridge but if you think about it , you don’t see Rita’s waterice expect from the pictures that they have out front so is this really a problem ? I would normally not do this is a review section but I just really enjoyed kozies from the food to the service so I hate to see people being stirred into a false narrative. Definitely going back there next...
