Dwight Evans Library of West Oak Lane — Attraction in Philadelphia

The most unprofessional library ever! The computer lab moderator Diane who is an African-American female with a bad attitude 24/7 is still there working despite all the complaints she has received. The library supervisor is aware of all the complaints she gets about Diane (if that's her name but it does start with a D) because when I called and complained she was already aware of her behavior. It's not just Diane it's her other co-workers as well. The men employees have attitudes mostly when a female doesn't give them any attention. I'm sorry some people have a life and come to the library to accomplish a goal for the day not play matchmaker with dirty old men. That's mostly the type of men that work there. They need to fix their employee problem maybe just fire everyone including the supervisor and start fresh...sorry not...

I grew up going to this library everyday after school. I figured I would take my daughter there and get her registered for a library card. That transition was smooth. After, we went to the kids section to read a few stories. While there I overheard the man behind the desk telling a story to the guard. The man was so loud and used such harsh profanity that my 8 year old daughter had to say mom can you tell him to be quite he is rude. A nice lady cane over to tell him to watch his language. I love coming here to handle business.. I grew up in the area so have been coming here since I was a child. I am usually in and out but if it is not crowded they give me more time on the computer because you typically only get 30 minutes. I use the printer quite often.
