I can not say enough about Party Princesses, their characters and the owner Pam. I have been using them since 2018 and they never disappoint. I have booked spideman and almost every disney princess you can think of. We even did dsiney princess chats on the phone during covid for my little cousins birthdays! One thing that I love is how they always stay in character no matter what and they are so amazing with the kids. I always want to leave reviews for companies that deserve them but somehow manage to get side tracked with my busy schedule and forget however my last experience is something that can not be forgotten. This past weekend I decided to throw my daughter a last minute 3rd birthday party. We were away for her birthday and my mom guilt started to kick in knowing I had a party for my son and not my daughter. She woke up from her nap at 2:00 the day of her party and started to talk about how excited she was that Elsa would be at her party. I guess she assumed this since Spiderman was at my sons. I called Pam from Party Princesses an hour before my party started. Pam was at an event herself but promised me she would do everything in her power to get me an Elsa and she came through!!! I could not believe it! Elsa was at my door at 5:30. Singing, dancing, face painting and reading stories to all of the kids. I am still amazed that Party Princesses pulled it off. If you are looking for a company to use for your kids parties I highly recommend Party Princesses. Thank you Pam and Elsa! You made my daughters day and soothed my mom guilt!...
Read moreI am not big on writing reviews, but I found this company frustrating. We used this company twice. The owner was straightforward and easy to work with. The first time we used Ariel and she was significantly late due to a traffic issue. It was made up by her performance. She sang, read a story, taught the girls to be a princess and brought my daughter a gift and face painted. My daughter begged for another princess for her 5th birthday, so as a joint birthday party the following year we had Elsa and Elena of Avalor. They were ok. Elsa was on time and interacted in character she faced painted, but then I had to ask her to do something else to entertain the kids (aside from walk around). I understand that they do not "guarantee certain amount of activities" but literally the princesses had thirty more minutes to kill with a bunch of excited five year olds and they weren't doing anything. They could have done something else like read a story or sing songs. I asked Elsa to sing and she did, and the kids wanted more but she just stopped after that. Elena didn't do anything aside from face paint and arrive 15 min late bc of issues with her wardrobe. She mostly stood around. It seems by the reviews that some performers are better than others so I guess it's hit or miss. For the amount of money we paid I could have dressed up as a princess and hired a face painter and had the same type of entertainment (for our second party) for...
Read moreThis was such a disappointment! This past weekend we hosted a joint birthday party for my daughter and her friend and we hired two princesses (Elsa and Elena of Avalor) to come and entertain the children. Elsa arrived on time, but Elena had some kind of costume issue and ended up being almost 30 minutes late. Because it was raining, Elena's skirt (which is dyed bright red) was wet, resulting in red streaks all over the walls of our home. When the princesses arrived at the party, they did face painting with the children but nothing else. We finally asked Elsa to sing a song, which she did, but that was the extent of the "programming." The website advertises interactive story time, a sing-along, princess training, etc. -- none of these were done. The princesses did talk with the children individually, but they basically acted as background guests at the party, rather than as the entertainers we had hired to put on the party. I went to a different princess party for one of my daughter's friends this summer (put on by A Dash of Magic Events) and had the opposite experience -- the princess there had games and activities to keep the children entertained for the entire event. Next time, we'll definitely hire...
