2/20/2025: Food 5/5, Staff: 5/5, Dough 4/5

I went back to see if anything changed since my last bad review, and to my surprise the pizza was flawless, spectacular, 10/10 even and I saw some familiar faces. So fingers crossed, hope they saw the reviews and fixed the raw dough issue. If they keep serving up pizzas like this we'll be weekly again.

Giving 4/5 stars overall cause how yall gonna go from best to worst to best? Keep it steady broski's and broskette's.

yea as a regular, this place has seriously tanked... the last 4 times I've eaten here the pizza dough has been paper thin and almost completely raw. I'm going to leave my previous review below, but wow... what a change.

Its like they couldn't stand the amazing success and decided to save 30 cents per pizza and made the dough as thin as humanly possible. Saving money on each pizza seems like a great idea until you realize it ruined the entire business over the last 5 months. Guess I got to find a new pizza shop.

Also they swapped most of their staff about 6 months ago roughly, a definite downgrade in most areas. Their attitudes etc are really bad. Total cultural shift. Can tell the pizza isn't made with love anymore. Maybe the thin pizza dough is just a lazy cook/prep person. I feel sorry for the staff that's been there for over a year. You know who you are and know I appreciate all of yall. It was a great run. If the manager sees this, Maybe taste the pizza? If its the owner holding you back from making the necessary changes, leave while you're ahead... There are plenty of businesses that would appreciate you. Know your worth. Not sure who's at fault but whoever it is needs major retraining.

Just as i said in my old review, if the staff ever changed id be out? well the staff changed and as expected this place tanked. Im out, Peace.

If I could give this place a million dollar bonus I would. Staff are by far the best of any establishment / pizza place and most consistent. The manager keeps a tight ship and (I promise this isn't rude) most of the staff are more fit than the guys I hit the gym with. Well done ladies and gentlemen. Staff are really on top of things when I walk in. I often pickup food for a certain* lady (only mentioning this so the manager knows who I am) I'm a regular, I've seen their ups and downs. And right now If they say it'll be 2 minutes, you can bet on it.

Onto the food, everything I've ever had has been delicious and baked/cooked to perfection so much so that I've almost drove back to the place just to tip them again. Yes they are THAT GOOD! I really gotta do that sometime. If something is ever missing from the order they double time it. I can't praise the staff enough. You ladies are on point. Price to value is amazing. You can get two or three pizzas for the price of one Santucci's pie. Their bread sticks are always on point. Their Italian cheesy bread? You got it, on point. Can definitely call me a fan boy of this particular little caesars spot. Best in Philly. If I ever hire employees, I want them to be this invested.

Whoever owns this place give them a raise!

10/10 pizza. Absolute must have....

My order was #691. On 08/15/24 Ordered thin veggie pizza as usual. But unfortunately they made it wrong with ham on it. I returned immediately,For what cashier apologized,she was nice as usual,but she changed her shift and left at that time. The rest staff started to make another one. For the First time it was understandable,but when they made it second time wrong one either, they even did not apologize for it. And I had to wait 3rd time for my order. No one apologized for their second mistake. Because they know that nothing happens to them from the management side,I think. Never come back again to this place. Irresponsible staff, management should work on it seriously,if they want to keep the customers. They can check the cameras and work with second cashier and the cook who made it for the first time. Cause they could keep the customer come back again just being a nice girls like the first cashier had been. But no way,they have to “kill”this business, because they don’t like their job at...

I enjoy coming here every single Friday. I preorder ahead for convenient pickup. The young lady behind the counter greets me most of the time by name and periodically asks about my son. The food is always perfect, she makes sure I have everything that I've ordered and usually offers plates and napkins with my order. Stay away from the Cottman location (speaking from experience) Welsh Rd location is where it's at! Also the young lady in the back that boxes the pizzas, OMG she is quick and focused to do whatever is necessary to make sure the food is not only good, but served within the window I'm given for completion to pickup time. Above and beyond service with the best of smiles, very welcoming atmosphere, only place I want to come for...
