Oh if I could only count the reasons why this place is a total scam. Full write up to come but trust me when I say that with every fiber of my being I advise you to stay far away from this place. Not only did they make me wait almost an hour early on a Saturday morning for them to even show up to detail my car, they also stole from me. Of course it's nothing I can prove, which the owner of the place made clear to me. Everything from my glove box and my center console was gone and at least one item from my trunk. The owner, Mike, was entirely unapologetic, shrugged his shoulders, and basically said that because the items taken weren't that expensive, that it wasn't a big deal and that everything was my fault because I left items in the car. Granted, I should have thoroughly cleaned my car out, and lesson learned. But it's schmucks like this that keep the world rotating in distrust and negativity. I am literally sick to my stomach over their terrible business practices. Mike and his team were great to deal with and he went out if his way to ensure I was satisfied. Although there were a few minor mishaps, I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone I know in this area because of the service I received here. The car was repaired earlier than expected and additional complimentary repairs were also included. As I stated in my Carwise review, the overall experience was great and I would have my car serviced here again.
