LOL I passed this placed so many times. ...the sign made me think of a sandwich shop because of the flame...I was like all of these fast food places keep popping up smh. I had just so happened to get a membership with La Fittness which included a trainer for only $400. I was day 3 with them was about to go work out at La Fittness was supposed to get a free trial never got it but was convinced to get this package which included a trainer. Researched Hot worx and it was a work out center...oh well my loss.I sent my info and I was going to chalk it up. By the way my trainer was boring at LA Fittness....and I was dreading to go back to the meat market of a gym. My phone rang it was this wonderful representative from Hot Worx who called me to schedule a free trial. I was hooked the first day all of the staff are awesome. Thanks to Teresa she let me know that my funds could be refunded if I canceled before 3 days if I decided to join. I really appreciate that she had let me know my choices if I joined... unlike La Fitness they were canceled that 3rd day. Omgoodness I am so grateful for this place.I have been coming to this place for a couple of weeks just starting to get back into shape and get myself together after years of great depression. As years went by I lost motivation to get back into shape. I never considered myself at all. Some how ,I was not included with myself healthcare only my daughter's and my patients' care and focused on how I could improve their well being health and lives. This facility is addictive since joining it's been 2 weeks and I have improved my strength and my mental state of mind and I feel so empowered about the newst things I can do with my body in my early 50's. I can't wait to get my book signed by Mr....

After seeing this advertisement so many times on Facebook and instagram and getting text messages. I finally stepped out and gave it a try I did the trial session. I am so glad that I did. Today was my first time there and I did two sessions Pilates and Barre. It was a good workout. I felt very focused and so much better afterwards. I have so much energy now it's like I got a boost of energy and I just feel the need to eat healthy I craved grilled fish and a salad. I also weighed myself before leaving home and when I got back I weighed myself before showering I lost 3 pounds, and I know I have to be consistent with working out to continue to see results.. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable answering my questions. I joined during the special and I look forward to going back for more sessions. Now I can achieve my health and physical...

I'm a member of HOTWORX and when I tell you this was the best decision i’ve ever made it truly has been. The staff are amazing, they really make me feel apart of something bigger than just a fitness studio. It’s a family. The other members are so friendly as well. So many different people from different places but they all are nice and welcoming. And the saunas is the very best part. I’ve actually been sleeping better, My skin has been clearing up & I've actually seen a difference in my shape. I'm getting more and more confident with my body everyday because of these saunas. The way the stress leaves my body after getting out of an Iso or a Hot Stretch. Don’t walk but...
