Liu's Garden — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Their food was horrible. I had ordered a platter of rip tips and vegetable fried rice and the rib tips had nothing but fat and the vegetable fried rice had one broccoli in it. No flavor at all in the rice!! A waste of money I will never go back. Horrible...

I only get a couple of meals, but they're pretty good. Shrimp lomein and french fries and fried shimp with french fries and a small wonton soup. I'd like to try a couple of more meals like wings and fries and check out some more....
