McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I asked for an unsalted medium fry, large fry, mc double without any mustard with extra ketchup and extra pickle, and make chicken with cheese with pickles and onions on it. Both fries were freezing cold and stale. The Mc double did not have the extra ketchup nor extra pickle. The make chicken did not have any onions. I asked for apple pies. They said they did not have any sweets no ice cream nor pies. I waited in the drive-through for about 20 minutes for 19% of the order I purchased! When I went back to get a refund for the fries I was then asked did I want fresh fries. I should a head fresh fries from the beginning! The Mc double was dry and old as well. Didn’t notice until I got back home. At that point I just threw it away. A complete waste of time and money don’t go to this establishment. Find another McDonald’s that is professional and accurate!! If I could give them zero...

I pulled into this McDonald's drive thru to grab my 4 year old son a happy meal to cheer him up after he had to spend the entire day in the ER. They never gave my son his drink, which made him cry. Then gave me the wrong drink. I asked for unsweetened iced tea because I'm diabetic and I received 5lbs of sugar in a cup of amber colored water. Didn't give me sauce for my nuggets, which is the only thing on the menu I can eat. Finally they gave my oldest son an almost raw burger. It was Grey on the outside and completely raw inside. To top it all off the cashier got angry with me when I asked for my order to be placed in a bag with handles to make it a bit easier for me to carry instead of giving me separate bags for everything. How wasteful! Needless to say I will never return to the McDonald's on Woodland...

i come here all the time and ofc like any mcdonald’s it’s always a hit a miss. but this morning was actually very upsetting. the worker taking my order didn’t know the menu and was getting frustrated for me asking questions. then coming to the window the lady was getting mad at me due to me requesting for an extra hash brown :/ another lady had an attitude giving me my food after me requesting for lemon after i said it at the speaker. my mcgriddle was hard. but the hadbrowns were at least hot. this was a very brief told experience but they was mad rude this morning and the morning staff usually b on it… the prices are ridiculous and unaffordable atp. what happened mcdonald’s … this is very...
