Dirty, and the store too.Shame, used to be a nice place, not anymore. It's a must that you the customer check what you bought, even though it's checked twice. Order online? You paid for your food already but they might not have it, they'll tell you online needs to get your money back, that's B.S., don't move out of that line until you get a refund, call McDonald's, they'll tell you the same thing, this store will tell you different, and it's a flat out lie. They'll just keep your money and you'll get nothing, sounds crazy? It is! You must use a credit card, not a debit card when you order online, because they will play games with your money. If you like McDonald's, and sanity, please go to another McDonald's, this one either needs to just shut down, or close, bring in corporate because management at this place is non existent or maybe the owner of the store just likes to lose money or is using it as a tax write off. This place is so bad, if it was to catch fire, you'd be wasting water putting it out. If you leave a negative review, management will reach out and try to give you a free happy meal or something, they'd have to order the happy meal from another McDonald's, as the only time you'll be happy from this place is if they're closed when you try to order. Keep you free stuff, I just want whatI paid for, nothing more, nothing less. PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD, not debit. They got me once, not...
Read moreOn 11/1/24 @ 7:30pm The staff member in the drive thru pick window. Was horrible. I'm not sure if it was due to a language barrier. I speak English. She didn't understand anything I was saying and I couldn't understand what she was saying at at. I'm not sure what language she actually speaks. Her tone was so low it was so difficult to hear her as well. I ordered & paid for two oreo Mcfullurries along with other food l. It took 6 minutes for me and my passenger to figure out that she was trying to tell me. That they were out of oreo's. I asked her could I get two hot fudge sundaes instead. She said yes, but kept asking for my card. I thought I had to pay the difference. No problem. She gave back my card and the receipt. I waiting about 5 more minutes and asked where are the sundaes. She just kept staring at me. I repeated myself 3 time. She pointed to the receipt. She refund me for the mcfullrries. I asked if I can please get two hot fudge sundaes. She just kept shrugging her shoulders. She finally was like "I don't know what that is". We ended up going into the store. The young man that waited on us was very nice and pleasant. The young lady at the pick up window in drive-thru needs to find a job that doesn't require communication. English is definitely not her 1st language. This location is horrible in person and with food delivery services. They never get my...
Read moreAlmost always good, fresh food whenever I visit this location. I have definitely experienced the nicest, happiest employees in the drive through of this location.
The reason I give 3 stars though is because the two occasions I randomly decided to go inside instead of going through the drive thru like I usually would do, both times, the inside wasn't the cleanest and the staff inside definitely weren't the nicest. It's like 2 different businesses were experiences between drive thru and walk in!! It seriously was like a total 360!
I'm sorry to say though, as much as I appreciate the incredible customer service experiences I've received via drive thru (especially when my daughter has been with me!), feeling confident that my meal is coming from a clean establishment weighs more with me and going inside not once but TWICE (and soon after they reopened from getting an entirely new remodeled building might I add) and seeing the place with trash and napkins laying around by the soda machines and on empty tables is extremely unappealing to me and then to get treated by Mr. & Mrs. Grumpy Bear on top of it just doesn't look good for business because now you're not only dirty but your dirty and mean. That's not the best mix of traits you'd like your business to have.
However, always end on a positive note so again, KUDOS to the Drive Thru team!!...
