Clean, pretty quick and the management immediately corrected my order. So, I have been back 2x in the last few weeks. Ithe first of the two I went thru the drive thru and I had a #JoePesci moment of #TheyFUAtTheDriveThru where my hashbrowns was not in the bag! Smh lol. I was already home by the time I noticed it was not there! So a day or so ago I went and the drive thru lane was the longest I had ever seen as it wrapped around 60% of the building! I parked in the one open spot on that side of the lot and went in with my earbuds in. There were a few customers inside waiting for their breakfast but their orders had already been taken. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and told the cashier about my #DriveThru experience last time with no hashbrown in my bag. The cashier told me I should've brought my receipt back from a week or so ago. I agreed with her and the Mgr ( Maisha I think was her name and this I may be wrong about but maybe it was 3 days ago so sorry) gave me my missing hashbrown that the cashier would not. Kudos to the manager for giving me good customer service! Now back to the cashier, she also stated that I couldn't call back as they do not have a phone!!! I called the number listed on this #McDonalds' #Google listing. Sure enough the phone number did not work!! Is this the new world where a #BusinessPhoneNumber is not needed for a #FastFood eatery that grosses over a million dollars a year!? Back to the cashier again, everything I said she gave me an answer that any one in customer service should not! One of the others was that, "the line is always like that" as an explanation of why I should not get a hashbrown! I did manage to hear a manager say, "why don't I have any food here(in their pickup bins)! I'd guess a slow cook or something else was going on. I'm lowering my rating to 3 stars out of 5. If not for the manager and a fair wait time of 2-3 mins I'd give a 2 star rating or possibly a 1 if I was paying attention to everything that the staff seemed to me to be arguing about! Read moreBEWARE! 2 EMPLOYEES RIPPED ME OFF AT THIS LOCATION. On January 14th 2019 I went to the drive thru for my night time snack. I ordered 2 apple pies (2/$1.29) and a Oreo McFlurry ($2.79). The cashier told me $8.20 was my total. I paid it and proceeded to the next window. As I got to the window I realize the amount was more than I normally paid for these items at this McDonald's. At the next window I asked for my receipt. An employee told me that they were out of receipt paper. REALLY? I called McDonald's corporate headquarters the following day and reported what happen. A day later I went to another McDonald's and was charged $4.41. This price is the same I normally pay at the McDonald's that ripped me off. A few days later, someone called me from the management team at this McDonald's. Video showed two employees participated in ripping me off (and who knows how many others). THEY SAID THEY CAN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I COULD COME TO THE LOCATION AND HAVE A FREE MEAL OR PICK UP A GIFT CARD. W H A T ? ! I told them I want my money back. Wrong doing was found from their employees. Give me back the $3.79 difference your employees fraudulently took from me. She said she was not allowed to do that, she could escalate the call to the owner. I'ts been over a month and I have yet to get my money back or hear from the owner. I called McDonald's corporate again today to inform them of what's happening. Since the franchise has refuse to give me back the money that I was scammed for, I'm writing this review to warn others. An alternative is directly across the street and has great food called Mimo's Pizza. Also there is a Dunkin Donuts, Checkers, Pizza Hut, Subway, Wingstop, and Wendy's within a 1 - 3 minute drive. Read moreOn 11/17/19 I place an order at the self service machine. I ordered two meals with 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla shake. I was told by the cashier that they dont have chocolate shake, so I asked if they had something chocolate that can be put in my cup to give the shake a chocolate taste. She said they had chocolate syrup. This other rude and ignorant work started yelling that they couldn't put chocolate syrup in my shake that I had to get strawberry or vanilla. Fine I'll take vanilla. I then got my food and told the cashier I'm supposed to get a small drink also. The cashier gives me the cup and I went over to the drink station to put soda in it. Most of the sodas were out I ended up with what tasted like seltzer water. But before I can fill my cup I here someone yelling miss, miss so I step back to see if they were calling me. The rude lady with an attitude beginning yelling that next time they dont give out curtsey cup. I told her that I didnt ask for a curtsey cup that I paid for a small drink. I told her again that I paid for a small drink and she still yelling I'm just telling you next time we dont give curtsey cups. She has a nasty attitude. She never took my order, she never looked at my receipt, so she wouldn't know what I ordered.i showed my receipt to the cashier. She just asumed I asked for a curtsey cup, instead of asking the cashier about the cup or the orders. She decided to be rude and yell at me.
