The place is very very clean however I did NOT enjoy my last visit to infinity health and wellness. I've been here more than once before and on my last visit I brought a friend along. From the door we were stereotyped by our looks. We did not get a warm greeting, introduction etc and we came in contact with the owner first and foremost! I asked the owner three times if she could explain the hydro colonic to my friend however she was solely concerned about if we were going to get the colonic because if we weren't she was going to give our slots away...how ignorant was that! Not willing to explain a procedure to a fresh customer. That should have been the first thing to do with a new client! I wanted to leave right away however I really wanted to try the ionic foot detox and I wanted my friend to experience it with me. Little did we know that we were going to be left alone with no one to check on us, the owner had an attitude when asked a few questions that should have not even had to be asked because she should have explained everything to us. Everything was rushed and we basically were left to figure out what was going on with a measly chart! They didn't even have the decency to come get us at the end of the ionic foot detox. Even upon paying the older lady couldn't even answer a question, never looked at our water or anything she was no help at all. It was just here do the detox pay and leave and if you have any questions or concerns you need to talk to the owner but she's not here right now and I'm not calling her either so you SOL" The thing that bothered me the most is that your a small black business and your business Etiquette is horrible towards young black women such as my friend and I. I love to support black businesses that's why we came but it's sad to say I wish I never would have stepped foot in that place and took my money else where even if it would've not been appreciated however the customer service would have been 1000% better. Read moreMy first time going to Infinity Health and Wellness was back in March 2014. Im not new to colonics but I was searching for a new place to go to because the center i was going to parking was horrible. I discovered Infinity from a groupon special they had going on at the time. i didnt use the special because i really wanted to do my research on this place first. after doing my research i finally decided to go ahead and book my appointment.
My first impression:
Location -- I know a lot of people may get lost coming here as its on a side street that can be easily missed but I put it in my phone navigation and got there with no problem.
Facility - Dont judge a book by its cover. The area outside isnt inviting but once you step in the front door this place is a little gem. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and as an added bonus there is a spray hose connected to the bed for rinsing off after your done. two thumbs up
Staff - Cheryl and her Mother is wonderful. Their customer service and genuine care for their customers is outstanding.
Fast forward to now ( AUGUST 2015) I am still a customer and have sent many people there to get Colonics and waist trainers. I do colonics not only for weight loss but for the bettering of my health in general. I am not regular when it comes to bowel movements and by getting colonics it helps with my bloating and constipation.
If you are looking for outstanding customer service, in a clean facility, with a serene environment, at a reasonable price, all this while benefiting health wise from a colon cleansing -- then look no further cause Infinity Health and Wellness sure wont disappoint.

Read moreWell, we arrived on time for what I thought was an appt. Another person was ahead of us checking in. Our turn, person at the desk could not find the appt I made online. I explained that I must have missed the very last step during online appt setup. I asked if my daughter (it was going to be her 1st colonic), could please have the spot that was for the canceled appt for the person who checked in directly before us. The lady had 2 slots but her friend could not come. The desk lady would not allow my daughter to fill the spot. It was very odd to deny the request due to the fact that I was right behind that person and the appt time was the exact same time as the 1 I tried to book online. I explained we do not live in Philly and was flying out in just a few hrs back to our home. But NO was her answer. Strange bcuz she said she was filling the spot with someone else, yet it was pass the appt time, and we were right there! Even the lady ahead of us mentioned how strange it was since she just cxld her friend & we were right there. I was willing to fly up every month for my daughter to come patronize here bcuz I often would when I lived in Philly. Had even told 2 folks to check it out 4 themselves. Needless to say, we won't "fly" home to use this facility & I made sure to tell my folks to CXL that recommendation! It's a shame bcuz that just cost them not only our patronage, but many others.
