I am a Senor citizen .who has be patronizing McDonald's restaurants for over 30 year . I went into that mc Donalds and order an coffe with extra hazelnut I paid the cashier a $5 dollar bill she began to side track me and talk about off the wall things for example weather , housing etc . After standing there waiting for my coffe she than said miss swipe your card Mr forgetting I already paid her not paying attention how did she know I had a card which I didn't pull out . I began searching for my card than swipe it actually paying a Second time . Leaving the Conner with my coffe I set down near 2 older Senor citizens than me seemed to be n there 80s .when I relized that I have her money and my card . I told the 2 other ladies they told me n return that .that had happened to rhem there . And they were afraid to do anything about it . At that point I said oh no that's not going happen to me . I got up went to the cashier . I saw her take the 5$ from the side of the regnister and put it n her pocket she walking towards the fries . Read moreI've only used the drive-through here but have never really had any issues. It's easy to get to / a convenient location, the wait is never unreasonably long even if there are lots of cars before you, they almost always get my order right he first time (both in understanding it at the speaker + in putting the actual order together correctly), the food is always the expected quality, etc.
During my last trip here, when I pointed out that they had forgotten my fries (since I always check the bag to ensure everything is good before leaving the window, which I highly recommend doing if you already don't do, btw), another employee heard and quickly grabbed a large fry and handed it to me without any problems or even verifying / confirming that I'd ordered it.
The workers I've encountered are always fine-- friendly enough + quick to correct any issues. It's a fast food drive-through-- I'm really not expecting too much or coming here for excellent customer service / some sort of dining experience, so in terms of getting my orders correct and quickly, this spot is definitely good.
I always go here or to the one on Gray's Ferry, and I avoid the one on 40th and Walnut, as I find that one to be the least pleasant (and it doesnt have a drive-through, while the...

My reward to them was a McDonalds Party for their hard work. It was also my last day with them, so I wanted to do something special and one of my students came up with the ideal that we should have a McDonalds party, I agreed with him ,because of course all children love McDonalds. So this pass week I went into the store and I have spoken with several managers that was on duty the times I had came into the building to acquire of the cost. They were all so nice and they worked with me. On Friday of the event I went into the store and I explained to the manager what my intentions was and what I wanted to accomplish for my 3rd graders, Manager Cohen and Manager Tajire was awesome in executing my needs and made it possible. Their customer service was impeccable and their understanding of my goal was delighted. Thank you to both managers and the lady manager that talked to me on Tuesday of this week to start the process off. Thank you for your kindness, time, and...
