I stopped in the Red Lion and Bustleton Ave store Christmas eve 8:55 PM. I ordered a double 1/4 pound with cheese. i will say usually I get above board service. This trip I was met at the drive thru by a young lady. I have to speak with a text app and had my selection written out for her on my phone. She looked at me as if I have two heads. I figured ok, maybe she's new and is having a hard time. She called who I believe to be the person in charge. That lady said don't worry I got you. I'm cool so far. She brings my order wishes me a Happy Holiday. I asked are you sure you gave me a double 1/4 pounder with cheese. They both said yes. I pulled around the building and thought before I leave, I better check this. The reason for that is they did not give me a receipt. I thought it best to stay there and get it right or my money back from my card payment. Sure enough they gave me a wrong sandwich. Not to mention the fries was not even warm. Back in line I get and wait again. Get up to the window and told the young lady what I was given is not at all what I wanted. She calls back the other lady in charge and she tales the bag. Returns a short time later and says here's your double 1/4 pounder with cheese and fries. I got home and found what looked like two patties. Did not appear to be quarter pounders. I'm also curious when this sandwich began putting lettuce, mayonnaise and other condiments on the 1/4 pounder? Needless to say, I was highly disappointed in what I was given after trying to get it correct twice. Now. I'm not going to blame the owners of the store because the people they trust to keep their customers happy failed them. That wouldn't be fair to them. I would have been so much happier if they simply said they would be unable to fill my order. I could have chosen something else and enjoyed my choice. I took pictures of what I was given. Greatly disappointed because the site would not allow me to upload them. I would like to show store management the photos and if I am wrong I will graciously stand corrected and update the review to make it known. It's just I been eating this sandwich for about 50 years. I have a pretty good idea what I should be getting. Also I want to be sure there hasn't been a change in how my favorite sandwich is made.
Update.... 12/27/2021 I was contacted by the store about my encounter. These people are on the ball. I shared the pics of my purchase with the person that reached out to me. They said what I was given was the quarter pound deluxe as opposed to what I ordered, the double quarter pound with cheese. They did offer apologies because I was disappointed. Even though it appears I was partially at fault. I accept and respect that. I was told to revisit the store and they will be certain I am happy. At this time I am content with this resolution and look forward to returning soon. Thank you McDonalds for your concern. Bumped up...
Read moreI don't eat McDonald's but on this day I used the bathroom and it was clean. Most McDonald's restrooms/ restaurants are filthy. I rated five stars for good customer service also.Thank You! 😘

Δεν τρώω McDonald's, αλλά αυτή τη μέρα χρησιμοποίησα το μπάνιο και ήταν καθαρό. Τα περισσότερα τουαλέτες / εστιατόρια του McDonald's είναι βρώμικα. Αξιολόγησα πέντε αστέρια για καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών επίσης. Σας ευχαριστώ! 😘
Non mangio McDonald's ma in questo giorno ho usato il bagno ed era pulito. La maggior parte dei servizi / ristoranti di McDonald's sono sporchi. Ho valutato cinque stelle per un buon servizio clienti anche. Grazie! 😘

我不吃麦当劳,但在这一天我用了卫生间,而且很干净。大多数麦当劳洗手间/餐厅都很脏。我也为良好的客户服务评价了五颗星。谢谢! 😘

Read moreEasily The WORST McDonalds EVER! The building is dated, it hasn’t been modernized since it was built. And being from the neighborhood, that was in the 1970’s. Orders are SELDOM ever correct. Stag is rude, slow & ALWAYS give you the impression they would rather be anywhere else. Drive through is ridiculous, menu boards are NEVER lit. And the order screen hasn’t worked in YEARS. I visited this store tonight 5/12/20 @ 9:00pm. When I arrived I was the 6th car in line. I waited approximately 20 minutes, before I ever made it to the menu board. And that was because 3 cars in the line in front of me pulled out of line. They where handling 1 order at a time. Apparently the Mensa candidate’s had no idea how to operate the intercom. When I finally placed my order. I had one of the employees yell at me. I ordered 3 hot cakes & I was told No, No, No. Then another employee came on to tell me they weren’t serving breakfast. Then I was asked to pull up to the window. This is NOT a one time occurrence. As I said I live in the neighborhood. I have been coming to this location for over 40 years. And I have seen a percipient decline in the overall quality of this location. They had a banner sign that read “ look for our new restaurant in 2020”. I have a better suggestion.
