MoJu's Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I initially tried this plave because of a facebook video so i sent my husband from jersey to go pick some up- last night was the 2nd time i got food from here food is okay yesterday i got the 2 large pizzas and a cheesesteak- i liked the food better the first time i got a 28" pizza for the super bowl it was great! i feel like the bigger it was the better it tasted. I probably wouldn't go here again, i called ahead to have my food ready by a certian time and i still had to wait 30 mins (annoying when your just trying to pick it up and keep it moving after a long day at work) but i get it they were busy- what annoyed me even more was they over charged me when i called they said they have a everyday deal for 2 large pizzas for 15.99 and a cheesesteak for 7.25 + tax. (Cool) but when he rung me up i asked if they had a military discount he said yes 10% (cool) he said "thats going to be 33.00 i mean 30.00" at first i didn't catch on becase im so sleepy after work but when i got to my car i was like wait what? So i called and told the wife i think your husband over charged me.. she was really nice and told me to come back for the money. So i did but it just bothers me because i feel like he over charged me because while i was waiting a big order was returned (so money loss) and they had to get it back some how.. (not cool) sooo i wont be going here anymore because of that. But if you are around the area and just want a super large slice you should definitely try this place but i wont be driving far ever again to pick anything up. And always be on your toes when it comes to prices i really hate giving bad reviews but when it comes to something like people being funny with my money you loss my business!! I ordered the moju mania pizza and buffalo wings. The buffalo wings were good. The pizza however, was not made to specifications. Per the menu, the moju mania does not include mushrooms. As you can see from the photo mine came coated in them, making this pizza inedible to some allergic to mushrooms. It was also supposed to come with extra pepperoni and cheese with a side of cherry peppers which were also not included in my order. When I let the slice app know that my order was incorrect. Their response was that the store sympathized but wouldn’t t be issuing a refund of any kind, not even a partial. They’re aware of the typo on the menu. They even had the nerve to ask for a review inside the pizza box of the pizza they had made wrong. My review is if you’re not going to care about the quality of the pizza you serve the community, please care about potentially killing someone and the potential lawsuit that would come from their family.

Edit in response to owner comments: you didn’t refund me the cost of the whole meal just the cost of the Pizza. The pizza was thrown out not kept, as your establishment was closed and unable to pick it up. We did speak and you said you would fix the typo on the menu. The menu is still not fixed and your online ordering doesn’t give the option of mentioning allergies. If you are using servsafe practices I shouldn’t have to. Yesturday while scrolling down on FB 😁 I came across MOJUS pizzeria 🍕 and how everyone was saying they have the biggest pizza 👍 in Philadelphia, so of course my son and me (as pizza lovers) that we are, we had to try them! now I had always pass thru here and never stop in, so after going thru their REVIEW'S and all of their pictures of all the food and the good looking pizza 😂 today I decided to go and get me a small box to try them out and the pizza was good crispy cheesy the way I like it, I didnt get the really big box because is only my son and I but I will definitely get the big box soon very soon, the only thing that happen was that when I did went and bought my box of pizza I also bought a can of soda, and what happen the soda was a little frozen and I didnt notice after I open it and took a sip I put it in my car cup holder and the whole can spill inside my car 🤨 so I think I deserve a free can. 😂😯😕 what do you think??
