Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The worst Chick-fil-A ever as management staff was horrible and rude. Placed my order with a staff member that was extremely pleasant and drove around to the window for pickup. I waited behind three cars and eventually put my car in park as EVERYONE was just sitting there waiting and waiting. It took over 20 minutes to finally have my order given to me. I asked where the management staff was, as all I saw where employees dancing and standing around in the drive thru area. When a "Manager" who oh by the way never introduced herself or apologized for the delay, brought my order out I checked to make sure I had the correct order. The spicy chicken sandwich was cold and there was a cold piece of cheese just slapped on. I expressed my displeasure and asked why. She stated that its cold because it was not placed under the warmers. I asked to have my sandwich replaced and the "Manager" brought my out another one that was wrong as well. I again stated that the sandwich was wrong, at which time she snapped it out of my hand and huffed. Finally, I received the correct sandwich as she sarcastically told me to have a nice day! I love Chick-fil-A but will never go back to...

Came here a couple of times and was disappointed each time. I ordered 3 regular chic-fil-a meals through the app. They never updated me on whether the food was ready to be picked up. I went in 10 minutes after I placed the order and was told my order was either never received or they had forgotten about it. There were only 2 people in line and about 5 eating in, and it still took them over 35 minutes to prepare the 3 sandwiches. I don't know why I bothered waiting when I could've just driven down to the Chick-fil-A at Whitman Square and had it in less than 15 minutes, and they're usually always packed with customers and still manage to provide a speedy service. One time I ordered just one chic-fil-a sandwich meal and it took 15 minutes just to get to the speaker box at the drive-thru and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. The service here is just too slow and has been since it first opened which could explain why it's never really busy compared to other Chick-fil-A's which is ashame as the interior of the restaurant is really nice and so is the parking lot...

Went in for dinner after the Kids Fest in bucks co. We went in & ordered inside the new restaurant. Line was not long. The girl @ counter was just neutral, not welcoming, pleasant at all.. Put order in & then saw on receipt, it was 30¢ extra for switching cheese type on my spicy chicken deluxe meal. This is uncalled for. Also, I ordered unsweetened iced tea. NO lemons in the store.!!! So, I improvised, & asked for half tea, & half lemonade. Again, an extra 30¢ charge for the lemonade added. Again, a crazy charge, as its the same sized drink, within the meal criteria... Our food was good, upon leaving we switched out the grand kids books they got, for the ice cream option. The manager wanted to charge me for a cone, which again was part of the kids meal option.. ( Ice cream, cup or cone). So this store needs to STOP adding hidden frivilous charges, as , the food prices are already costly enough... We will return, as I know the manager, Bob, is such a nice man, at the other store he runs, @...
