Ne and my son love their Birrira tacos we tried the place in South Philly and didn't like them so we tried this place fell in love everything was good so we stayed with this place. So I got tacos for my Birthday yesterday and when we started to eat and dip in the consume it tasted funny it was oil it wasn't broth, I was gonna let it go but I was really disappointed I called and told them my issue and they were simply the best the offered to give me a new order but I was already home without a ride so I declined the offer, when I say they called me back 10min later and took my name for a future replacement I was shocked. Jackie and the team there are Awesome as well as the owners me and my Daughters come here often we love their food! Literally a couple minutes after walking out the store the bottom of my bag ripped all my delicious food was just sitting on the ground I could cry I called Jackie rite away to tell her what had happened now I know it was not their fault or responsibility but I didn’t know what else to do I called Jackie and she went out here way to accommodate me as best she could! The Mangu was fried and I found it very salty I got tired of the flavor after I couple bites the shrimp had a decent flavor I appreciate the fact that the tail was removed and the creole sauce was also decent the empanadas were delicious though the sauce that came with them didn’t really add to the flavor but the spicy sauce did add flavor and made it even better.
