First time i was disappointed by a Paris Baguette location after many years of buying cakes and pastries from them. I placed an order online in order to get “Happy Birthday” cookies on the cake. If i knew what i was getting, i would’ve just bought in store, instead of having to order 4 hours ahead of time. I came to pick up the cake, and got the wrong cake instead. However, employees were able to give me another one. Then i saw there were no happy birthday cookies on the cake, so i asked about it, and was told it was on the side. I didnt realize they meant that they wrote it on the edge of the cake tray, and there were no birthday cookies. For almost $50 cake, this is what i got. And the birthday part smeared out. Very disappointed.

Got a Mango Birthday Cake here. Mango was so raw it crunched like cucumbers, green papaya or watermelon rinds (see pic, still green on the inside of cake) The berries were so tart we had to pick them off the cake. In essence we paid $45 for vanilla cake and mango frosting. What a rip off, not to mention a damper to the birthday making it a "sour and raw" birthday! We had to go to Acme to get a cupcake to make up for the sweet. Edit: Per the response, I emailed them and still have not received a response. Clearly it's a gimmick to show care, but if you don't respond, it only makes it more upsetting. 1 star for lack of "service".

Clean and friendly employee. This Paris Baguette is located within the hmart food court in the side. They are still doing individual wrap on their pastries for Covid, which I think is thumbs up on that. Their cakes are not too sweet and very delicious. I got one of their Christmas cake yesterday for my dad's birthday. His birthday is just an excuse for me to get a Christmas theme cake for my daughters. Hehee.

What happened to the customer service? I've been going to Paris Baguette for at least 10yrs and was so happy when the new location opened closer to my home. However, since the new location opened it's like the quality of food and service went down. I no longer order the matcha latte from these locations because they taste like straight milk and are always warm almost cold when I order a hot one. At the new location on front the baked goods use to come out burnt but thankfully that has gotten much better so I tried again today. Thankfully the hot drinks, chai latte and caramel coconut latte with oat milk came out hot like requested but when the clerk gave them to me I had to ask which one was which because they were unmarked. She made them...but she didn't know which was which? She opened the lid of one and said she thinks it's the chai... I then seemed to inconvenience her more because she charged me for 5 of the cheese donuts instead of the 4 and I told her of the over charge. She started to go into the system to pull up the receipt, then disappeared to the back. Upon return she unpleasantly said, "Can you step aside?" No explanation was given and she began ringing up the customer waiting behind me. Then another female came out from the back and I guess she was even more inconvenienced because I was charged for something I didn't even purchase and she pulled up the receipt, did something in the computer then with a slight attitude said "You'll get your money back in 5-10 business days, ok." Please and Thank you was completely missing from their vocabulary. And neither offered an apology for my inconvenience. They made it seem like they were inconvenienced for the young lady's mistake which I didn't even make a big deal of. But what I will make a big deal of is how my kindness is reciprocated. I should have asked for my tip back too. But regarding the lattes, the chai was a bit too sweet but still good, however, that caramel coconut is a pass for me. Unfortunately it...

I don't usually make an effort to write reviews as it takes my time and effort to do so but couldn't live with the experience that I had during my visit to this Paris Baguette. Though the baked goods/coffee is one of their products that they sell, I strongly believe one chooses to visit one coffee shop over another, simply for their service - which this Paris Baguette clearly lacks. Wish I had gotten her name but specifically the individual with short hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional and lacked every aspect of service that one can expect for. Lets be real, not expecting nor asking for anything extra at a coffee/bakery spot other than a simple smile when providing my order, but it seemed like that was even going the extra mile for this individual. Extremely rude and unprofessional, loss of business at the very least from me and from my peers unless they go through filtering or some sort of training with...

I’ve always loved PB & go often to get their coffee/pastries. I’ve never had a good experience with the workers that this specific PB because they obviously all lack customer service experience. But today’s was exceptionally horrible. One of the workers (short black hair/glasses w their hood up) must’ve been angry about something because they kept mumbling under their breath, They didn’t make eye contact with us, not a word was spoken to us, & they were throwing things down left and right. The other girl (shorter w brass dyed hair in a ponytail) gave us the side eye when we asked for a cup of water and made it with obvious disdain. Obviously I’m not the only one who had a bad experience and it seems like nothing has changed. The manager/owner needs to step it up and train these...
