I have eaten hundreds of jjambong in restaurants all across the United States. I cannot believe the best jjambong I have ever eaten is in a tiny H mart food stall. You can taste the ‘wok hey’ smoky flavor in every bite. Both the soup base and noodles rival that of classic Chinese restaurants in Korea. The quantity of seafood is acceptable for the price. Their jjajang is also very good.
I would recommend the tofu jjambong and jjajang rice that comes with egg omelet.
As someone who is moving to a different city soon, this place will be sorely missed.
