Drinks were excellent. Just upset I had to wait so long to get them.

I bought groceries and thought I would get the drinks on the way out. Terrible idea in retrospect if you bought cold items that will need to go in the fridge as any to go order can bump you to the back of the line even if you're the only person in the shop.

There was no one there when I walked in. I paid for my two drinks first and another customer walks up a minute later and says "I'm back" and pays for 8 drinks in cash. The other lady got ALL 8 of her drinks before they even started on mine.

I asked why they didn't just make my 2 first really quickly and they said it was a to go order.

I understand to go orders need fulfilled but why didn't they just make my 2 first or at least tell me I would need to wait?? The only reason I went in was because it was empty and I thought I could get them quickly. I wish they had just told me they had 8 orders ahead of me and I could have just walked out... they clearly knew about them.

There should be better communication...

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. I was trying to figure out which tea to order for my sister as she hasn’t drank bubble tea before. We were asking questions about which is caffeine free and taking our time and the young lady taking our order was extremely abrupt and rude as I was asking her questions. Work on your customer service and be kind. It doesn’t take much to ruin someone’s day by giving attitude and being snappy.

I just learned Oolong tea has caffeine in it. Why wouldn’t the cashier have pointed that out as I specifically asked for which drinks didn’t...

Customer service is horrible. To start, no friendly greetings or smile. She must had a bad day right before I showed up. Asked for no ice/less ice because it was watered down so much last time. But the cashier only kept saying “company policy” . And lied to me that system is all automated so they don’t have control of recipe. But I saw a guy was scooping ice and making whole thing manually right after I paid. I paid $6.50 for 1/3 cup of boba, 1/3 cup of ice and 1/3 of tea. I think it’s way too expensive for their slender cup(compared to other places). I am not...
