Philly Detail Phanatics/Fred’s Water Ice — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I never tried the water ice here, but I've heard nothing but good things about it.

As far as the detailing, terrible first and last visit here. My family and I took our cars here to get detailed. I gave my keys to an employee, showed him what I needed done, and was told BOTH cars would be finished at around 4pm (4 hrs later). We returned and my car had not been touched, but it was moved to the other side of the street, and the gentleman I gave my keys to was working on another car. I asked him why my car was not done and he had no answer. Another gentleman came out and I asked him about the 4pm time frame, and he walked right by me like I wasn't standing there. He walked over to my family (whose car was finished by the way), and attempted to explain the situation. He gave the excuse that he thought the other gentleman was going to detail my car, and the other gentleman thought he was going to detail my car. And they only realized 10 mins before we arrived that NO ONE had touched the car. So apparently no one talks to each other in this establishment. He then tried to say that all of the cars we scheduled for appointments as if we were not, but we had appointments as well and only 1 car got serviced. Instead of trying to offer a solution, all we received was excuse after excuse, with a very "oh well/don't care" attitude. No one apologized to me for not servicing MY car or for completely ignoring me when I asked about it. My time was wasted, and terrible customer service. I will not...
