The service was REALLY slow today. When I got to the window 2 girls were just standing there talking then after about 5 minutes one of them came to the window and asked if I got “the spicys” didn’t know what she meant so I repeated my whole order to her. When I paid with Apple Pay she took my whole phone for about 2 minutes and when I got it back my card numbers were visible. I did not and would never pay with Apple Pay showing my card number. I just got off the phone with custofixr service everytime I go there it's the same thing so I finally made a call I never really complain about any kind of food service but this is my first, that's how bad the service is. They want to rush you through the drive-thru when you pull up, they make you go forward and then come back so that there sensors make it seem like they're expediting you quickly and then they treat you like you are bothering them with bad attitudes, demeanor etc... hopefully they'll fix...

I just tried to order food from them on Doordash over an hour ago. They just canceled my order. It’s past 3 am and I am so hungry. I know the issue was on their end because my assigned Dasher messaged me to let me know. This is so unacceptable. If you’re too busy to take orders, then stop accepting orders. People ordering delivery are hungry and patiently waiting for their food. Now I need to figure out a new plan for dinner at 3 am. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering food from here again...
