Gave one star because I had to pick one. This place is horrible! Stay away from it. To start the speaker don't work so when you ordering you don't understand what they asking you and they get upset if you tell them you didn't understand what they asked, then they tell you to move up front but only halfway don't go to the window till they call you, the waiting takes forever, when you get to the window they're very rude, they don't even greet you they just tell you the total take your money n close the window, they give you your food n close the window again without even saying thanks. If you ask for ketchup they say they don't have none n just close the window again without even giving you a chance to finish talking. The employees uniform are dirty n the place looks even worse. They should really shut down this...

The service was REALLY slow today. When I got to the window 2 girls were just standing there talking then after about 5 minutes one of them came to the window and asked if I got “the spicys” didn’t know what she meant so I repeated my whole order to her. When I paid with Apple Pay she took my whole phone for about 2 minutes and when I got it back my card numbers were visible. I did not and would never pay with Apple Pay showing my card number. I just got off the phone with custofixr service everytime I go there it's the same thing so I finally made a call I never really complain about any kind of food service but this is my first, that's how bad the service is. They want to rush you through the drive-thru when you pull up, they make you go forward and then come back so that there sensors make it seem like they're expediting you quickly and then they treat you like you are bothering them with bad attitudes, demeanor etc... hopefully they'll fix...
