They are working on the building next to my business, they had to put scaffolding over my business as well. When they took my business sign down instead of bringing it into my business (open at the time) the left it on the side of the street. A local business worker was nice enough to see a homeless lady kicking it down the street days later and returned it. They also put the scaffolding over my bilco doors to my business that will no longer pass fire inspection etc for my downstairs ….wouldn’t they know to ask me this first? They park their machinery outside of my business instead of the one they are working on (2yrs now) so my clients have no parking but don’t worry the business they are working on has parking !! Last is my favorite part, they throw ciggs off the roof & trash that set our cans on fire at...

Reached out to them in June to come by and take a look at some work I wanted to get done. They came in July and said they would get me an estimate and then I never heard from them. I followed up again in October for the quote and they apologized for not getting the quote to me before and thanked me for following up and that they would get me the quote that week. Didn't hear from them that week and then I followed up again a week later asking them if they'd be able to get me the quote or if they couldn't to just let me know so I wouldn't just be waiting...I got no response. Very unprofessional, I had a lot of work to get done and pretty interesting that they'd let...

I cannot recommend this restoration company enough. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard. From start to finish, their team was incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable with the progress. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. I wouldn't hesitate to enlist their services again...
