Just witnessed a manager on the cash register flip out on a customer because she was saying there was something wrong with her food and told the customer if there's something wrong with the food to just throw it away and never come back. He also asked who was the person that made her food as if its the person on the lines fault her food was not good.

Food also looked dry and they wait till the food Deep is completely empty before swapping it out with fresh food.
Do yourself a favor and go to currito Burrito on terminal E, its faster, better customer service and more options for you to choose from.
Update: just found out from an employee that currently works there, there's never a manager on shift because " they are busy managind other stores around the airport" franchise owner is the same owner for Tony lukes, smash burger and sbarros pizza. so if you were to have a complaint or want a refund they are not authorized to make a refund without having a manager on shift or take complaints making it harder on its employees...
