I don't normally leave reviews but I just felt like I had to leave one after the service I received. As a domestic exchange student, I have flown from PA to my home state semi frequently within the past few months. This past weekend, my flights were located in Terminal E and I came across Gachi Sushi & Noodles. I tend to eat prior to coming to the airport, but my flights were very early in the morning and I was rushing out of my dorm. Since I got through TSA quicker than expected, I decided to explore the food options available before my 6am flight. There was a cashier named Minh that flagged me down as I walked past, noticing that I had briefly looked at their selection. Needless to say, his charismatic approach and appetizing recommendations is what led me to purchasing a sweet and sour bowl from them. The bowl was surprisingly filling to me despite the fact that I had not eaten since the previous night. I decided to eat at the tables nearby and Minh made sure I had everything I needed (napkins, utensils, etc) before I sat down. Having time to spare, I stuck around for a little bit and Minh struck up light conversations with me, checking in habitually while still attending to any customer that came by. Although it wasn't very busy being so early in the morning, he made sure the line ran seamlessly so that customers would not be rushed to eat their food in order to make their flights. The wait time for my own rice bowl felt like I had just looked down at my phone and the food was ready already. When I flew back to PA a couple days later, I walked past Gachi and saw him there again. He remembered me and recommended that I try the ramen bowl which was great as well. It helped warm me up with my flight landing in rainy conditions. I asked him for a picture to add into my review and he was more than happy to be in it. Great customer service is a hard to find these days, considering how much stress service workers are required to bare nowadays. I will definitely be coming back every time I travel to PA to check in with Minh and try whatever he...

I am a sushi ho. I’ll take it anytime it’s offered and have had everything except from a gas station convenience store (yea, I actually saw that once). Pictured here is the Triple Delight and every little bite is absolutely delightful. With just enough kick to make you mouth tingle, this little boat to heaven is packed with yellowtail, salmon and tuna chunks, piled on a soy wrapped salmon avocado roll.
The service here is fantastic and is such a pleasant oasis in a sea of fast food and premade deli joints. Fresh made, absolutely tasty, and a perfect way to keep me from shelling out 7.99 for a bag of Chex Mix on the plane. Soooo good.
UPDATE: Ever go on vacation and eat the best food you can find only to punctuate the trip with some horrid meal at home because you either didn’t plan it well or there was nothing in the kitchen? Not me, not this time. I landed a week later and hit it again. Even better the...
Read moreThis place have extremely bad and slow customer service. They have some rice bowl, salad and sushi placed out on the shelves like your usual fast, grab and go sushi place. I grabbed a teriyaki chicken bowl and I ordered an extra soft boiled egg. I stood there for a good 15 mins waiting for a “Soft Boiled Egg”. Instead, I was given a freaking cold hard egg!!! About 10 mins into the wait, I asked the cashier if they didn’t have the eggs prepared in advanced. She said no. She should have at least let me know I have to wait 15 mins for an egg!!! Passengers who ordered fast and quick meal usually have a connecting flight to rush for!!! I told the cashier you make me wait 15 mins for cold eggs and look nothing like your picture!! She rudely replied if you have a problem you can talk to the chef! Totally ruined my day! This place sucks! Never order from this...
