Sbarro — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I was on AA5119,l ON JAN 29, 2024 @ 8:54pm. When I got on the plane I realized I must have set down my CPAP machine with all my medications inside, either at the gate seating, the bathroom or SBARRO'S. Sbarro's food was so good we had it for the first time on our way to Myrtle Beach, that we went on our return trip. The stewardess and the pilot went above and beyond to have someone check the areas and even to call Sbarro's. Which is where it was. I had no identification in it. I want to thank whoever lookef for it and found it. If you brought it to the gate i am so grateful. Someone got it to the plane, before it was time to shut the gate door. I had this back in my hands and we took off on time.

Ordered two bread sticks, there were only 5 on display, one of which was an end piece that was misformed and smaller than all the rest. I specifically asked that I not receive that one, but the server put it in the oven for me anyways. I asked again for a different one, so the server added a third bread stick into the oven. Down the line, the cashier asked if I had three bread sticks, I said no I only ordered two, the first one was not mine. The cashier said the server was giving me that one for free and just charged me for two. When I opened my box though I only had two sticks, one of which was the stick I continually asked not to receive. This customer service was terrible and dishonest.
