The absolute worst service I have ever received at a Rita’s location. My visit started off waiting 5 minutes for the associate to show at the window to take our order strike one. We arrived at 645pm to this location whose posted hours states open until 10pm. I was informed the store was closing early and that we could not order pretzels. Strike number 2. The kids here are the worst. Eating samples while serving, No cheer in their attitude, having food delivered while working (your shift is 5 hours at most, it could wait), no "thank you"... nothing.
