This is the Slowest, Worse Burger King You can visit and here's Why; Management is Horrible Specifically the The Man that Runs the Restaurant. This is why it's Run Poorly and I don't Blame the Worker or Manager specifically because they have a poor leadership which they have no choice but to do as they are told from the higher Up. Its that in itself which is why they are poor in Customer Service. They also discriminate towards customers in the Bathrooms that may need to take a little time to address Hygiene or Medical issues like Insulin shots ECT. If u are taking transportation you don't want to go on the Bus Funky or if u are Homeless you don't want Customers to smell u while they are eating or just the People in public smell u PERIOD. It is Inconsiderate and everyone should be able to practice Proper Hygiene especially if u don't have a home to do it in. He tries to use the excuse that there's a line but even when there wasn't he was still Harassing. It is shameful that they are trained to discriminate towards people that are less fortunate but still spend their last bits. How could u ban a Customer from ever coming back because he was addressing a medical issue specifically Changing a Bandage over an area that needed to be covered following surgery? Was he supposed to go outside and do it so the world could see?This giy even threatened to open the Bathroom door and the man wasn't even in there longer than 10 mins. This is one of many Faults about that individual they gave control to which is a big MISTAKE. The reviews speak for themselves and this will continue to be one of many faults until someone else runs the Show. I did a DoorDash order and my "imaginary" driver stalled at Tabor Road for about 20 minutes until I sent him a text message through DoorDash asking was he going to pick up my order. I called the DoorDash number twice as well. I sent more text messages through DoorDash too. The "imaginary" driver never responded to the text messages or phone calls. I even called Burger on Olney twice and they were playing dumb or just thought I was dumb saying, "Two DoorDash drivers just left." Then I called back and the same person says, "Oh he left two minutes ago." I guess Burger King employees forgot you can track the DoorDash drivers lol. Everytime I called Burger King the driver was tracked outside of Burger King. I don't know if the DoorDash driver is in cahoots with the workers at Burger King or what but it was a crazy night last night at this location. Then after I got off the phone with Burger King I get a call from DoorDash canceling my order...wow! The lady says to me that Burger King could not fulfill my order. All those times I called there getting the runaround and they just didn't want to cook the food. Nobody wants to work anymore I guess. He said I don’t work for coke. I asked for ice to try and make it cold . I did not help. My food wasn’t ready he asked for me to drive around to the door. I said when you bring the order out can I get another cup of ice. When he came out with the food. I said hey Prince you forgot the cup of ice. He said that extra Ice was two dollars. I said give me another drink and let me speak to the manager. He said you will be waiting cause he could be busy. He told me if I wanted a different soda I had to come in. A man with a Burger King brown shirt followed us in and did not say anything about the rudeness of Prince . He was so rude the person on my phone commented how rude he was. They say you rule at Burger King but I guess that’s a lie.
