Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My experience today was horrible. Luckily they have their cashier Amir working there. My friend and I went to get water ice at this location, as we do often, and waited for a while due to less staff because of the pandemic. That's understandable. However, when i seen that Amir started scooping 2 gallons of mixed water ice i started to wonder why no one else working asked for the next customer. There were 2 manages just standing around and one on their phone instead of helping the next customers, which were me and my friend. I asked the young ladies if it's possible we can receive service and she said sorry im busy stocking. She then said she has to stock the straws, which were already full. I like Rita what ice especially the ones with the chunks of fruit in it, I like that monster pretzels which is warm tasty period but there's one thing I don't like about Rita's Water Ice is that when I asked for the smallest cup of what age that they have their come to the window with two cups in their hand neither of the cups is the smallest cup if I stick to them I want the smallest cup you have that's what I want so that means I want the child size cup that's the smallest cup you had so bring me that cup instead of the other two cups they're bringing me. And that's at all of the Rita's Water Ice I guess management has them programmed to show those two cups one they think it's a smallest which is not the smallest cup when a customer ask for it is the child size so give the customer what...

I will never spend money here again..I paid $18.00 for 4 small water ice and 4 pretzels on the 2nd day of spring cause we could never get to the window on the 1st day of spring.. anywho, the kids did not like the water ice, they were not sweet and the pretzels were so small they looked like they came put of a pretzel bag.. The kids say the love the papi's waterice better and the philly pretzels better.. and it's a money saver.. I got 4 large water ice for $4.00 and 10 pretzels for $3.25 for a total of $7.25 .... that beats $18.00.. Rita has...
