Robola Pizzeria — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered from this place Sunday night. I ordered online and it said it would arrive at 8:57. 8:57 came around and they weren’t here so we gave it around 15 mins. After 15 mins passed we called the restaurant to check on our food, and they informed us that our driver was 8-10 minutes away. We waited 20 minutes and still no food. We called again and there was no answer, so we called again, after 5 minutes of waiting we got a response and they said our driver was 5 minutes out. We waited another 20 minutes and our food still had not arrived. At this point, it has been an hour since our food was supposed to arrive, and 2 since we had ordered. We called once again, and asked for a possible refund, the woman on the other end answered with a lot of attitude and told us that we don’t get a refund and they are only an hour late so it’s not a big deal, the restaurant was less than an mile away, it shouldn’t have taken 2 hours. Figured I'd give this place a try. Very disappointing. I asked for no salt on the wings. But the Wings were probably bought frozen and already seasoned. Way too salty. And I asked for cheese Wiz on the Cheese Steak and was really surprised that people are still using the fake drippy, watery,nasty, stuff with chemicals for shelf life! And calling it Cheese Whiz. The fries were the only thing that was edible! I called to tell them about it...( and granted it's not the young lady's fault that she didn't know this). But I said I'm really surprised that a business is still using that fake cheese! Her response was "that's what cheese whiz is"! I told her that cheese whiz is absolutely real cheese.Again not her fault for not knowing. Especially if she's been eating the junk they sell there. Terrible...

Absolutely love this place! Manager is very accommodating and wants to make sure customer is satisfied even if it costs him! Have been dealing with this restaurant for two years and it takes care of all of our catering orders for 60+ people (4 in 2017 and 6 in 2018). Never had to tell them what I actually want, they always surprise us with fantastic kabobs, baked chicken, curries, pastas, steaks, hoagies, and so much more! Super reasonable pricing! We are located at the University of Pennsylvania, which is not in their area, but nevertheless they still delivered our orders to us seamlessly and for free! Even tossed in drinks and water at not extra cost! Looking forward to continuing business with...
