Update: We came back to see a different concert this evening. The parking situation has gotten MUCH better since the last time I was there, but they absolutely NEED to have people out there directing traffic once concerts are over. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get out of there. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised at the prices on merch and food/drinks. They were a lot more reasonable than they were last time. Being cashless is annoying but manageable. Also, parking was free this time, which was nice! They've definitely made some progress since the last time I was there. The only thing I wish I'd known beforehand is that there are no seats at The Skyline venue. We had a great time, and I was much happier with The Mann Center this time than I was several years ago.
I was at the Mann Center tonight for the first time. I don't have many positive things to say at all other than the building itself is nice. The entrance and parking is a DISASTER. The line to park was LITERALLY backed up onto the highway (why any venue would only have ONE LANE in each direction is BEYOND ME). There is ONE main place to get food and FOUR registers. FOUR. There were more than 15,000 people there tonight. We spent 30 minutes of our time waiting to park (for $25 - the cost of the concert ticket). By the time we got in, the lines were literally backed up to the gate for EVERYTHING. There are NOWHERE NEAR enough restrooms or concessions to handle that many people. Keep in mind that there is ONE lane in each direction in the parking lot. Prepare to literally put your car in park and sit for a LONG time. I will never come here again. The aggravation of wasting 40 minutes of the concert while waiting in a line for FOOD is absolutely ridiculous. I would NOT recommend coming here for any large events. The concert was great, but the Mann Center...

My wife and I had Sunday evening tickets for a show here last summer. These tickers were advertised as "Rain or Shine." Unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie. When we arrived, during a light drizzle we were greeted by a few very dissatisfied guests huddle around what looked to be a ripped, paper grocery store bag with the words, "Due to Rain Show Postponed to Monday," sloppily written in marker and tapped to a door.
Being responsible parents with careers we were unable to stay until Monday, nor should we even have to try considering the tickets were falsely sold as "Rain or Shine." When I contacted The Mann Center for reimbursement, I was told that they "COULD NOT" reimburse me because I did not purchase my tickets via Ticketmaster. I explained that I didn't buy these off of some dude in a trench coat and a fake Rolex. I bought them from Vivid Seats. They stood strong that they "cannot" reimburse unless the purchase was made through Ticketmaster. Sounds more like a "will not," and less of a "cannot."
After all of my calls and emails requesting to speak to someone about this were shot down, or blatantly ignored, I had no other choice than to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. The insolent powers that be at The Mann Center even ignored these correspondences. I am not one to complain often. I am in sales and I understand that things happen that are out of your control. However, the decision to postpone the concert was 100% within the control of the decision makers at The Mann Center. They also have complete control of their lack of consideration, honesty and accountability. I love the venue, but I will have to hesitate every time I purchase a ticket for a show here because of...
Read moreThings were going great at this beautiful venue until I received seriously conflicting info from different staff members working the concert. My wife and I purchased third row pit seats for her favorite band and I wanted to have a smoke before the show started. The Usher who showed us to our seats told me I could take a picture from the tickets on my wife’s phone and that will be sufficient to get me back into the venue. I wanted to follow their rules and smoke off property. When leaving to grab a smoke, the security guy at the gate also told me that I could get back in after my cigarette. I quickly went ahead with my business, came back to the front gate And was advised that I in fact could not re-enter the venue. This left my wife to sit by herself the entire time with me sitting in Fairmont Park., Waiting for the concert to be over. I advised the security at the gate that my wife was inside and we could prove beyond a doubt that our tickets were valid and kindly asked if they could overlook their policy and just be cool. I said they could pat me down and do whatever they need to do And thatI just wanted to join my wife in the concert. They stuck to their policy, even after I explained that their own team told me I could get back in. With an unnecessarily Ugly and negative to, they told me that it wasn’t going to happen and did so in my opinion, very rudely and unprofessionally.
We will Definitelygo elsewhere next time simply To avoid a useless headache, and a waste of hard earned money. I ended up walking across The road to ShopRite and bought a four dollar. Beer and smiled, knowing that that same beer was $20 inside the mann center. They are definitely not the man....
