If I could give zero stars, I would.

So picture this: It’s Tuesday morning, I’ve got three kids crammed into the backseat, backpacks half-zipped, one of them eating dry Cheerios out of a sandwich bag. I’m just trying to get to the drop-off lane in one piece.

Out of nowhere comes a Samuels Seafood Company truck, barreling down the street like Poseidon himself was late to work. The driver — I believe his name tag said “Daquavis” — swerved so close to my minivan I could practically smell the shrimp cocktail through the window. My middle child screamed, “MOM WE’RE GONNA DIE,” and honestly, for a second, I thought he might be right.

Instead of apologizing, Daquavis honked like I was the problem. Meanwhile, my iced coffee is now decorating the dashboard like some kind of Starbucks crime scene.

So here’s the deal: if Samuels wants to advertise their seafood, fine. But maybe don’t do it by traumatizing suburban moms before 8 AM. I don’t need calamari and chaos before...

No place better for All your seafood needs for Home and/or business. My family have patronized Samuels and their former retail outlet (13th Dickinson ) for over 50 years! Not once did we experience any disappointment or wrong orders coming from Samuels. Each and every time we purchased with total satisfaction both cooked and raw seafood. Service was also a pleasure. Their employees were always helpful and ready to make sure they got orders right. Specially during the holidays! Now at Christmas they have to be seriously busy doing their best to get those Christmas Eve traditional 7 Fishes to just mention one and all of the others to include supplying businesses. The Crab Cake and Fish Cakes are full of delicious fish and crab. The Flounder is outstanding both broiled and fried. Same with the Shrimp! To my drivers I don’t know if they have overnight parking but it looks like u may be able to park out front or across the street if u have an early appointment or if u just drive straight to the place. Now I want to give Chuck and the young man 10 stars. It was tight I was doing a drop and hook and I wanna say Mr. Greg let me in after hours and all they trucks were in the back without hesitation they were moving trucks watching me and helping me.
