The hairstylist and receptionist were perfectly nice so that's the plus. I hate my hair because the stylist didn't listen to what I said. I recently lost all of my hair,. and this was only my second haircut. I was very specific explaining exactly what to cut and what to leave alone. She took it upon herself to style it how she wanted and now it's messed up and will take months to fix and besides messing up the style I explained, she made the sides uneven. She never even offered to show me the back, I'm afraid to look, but I know how my hair usually lays and it's not the same,. I'm seriously afraid if I look, I might become very upset. I figured a trim could not be too hard and I didn't see the need to spend $85 dollars for a haircut especially when I plan on getting one every 6-8 weeks. I want to thank the stylist who cut my hair on my birthday! I was visiting the Live Casino and ended up staying 3 days, which was great. I needed a haircut bad and I did schedule an appointment for 1pm but I was able to get transportation a lot earlier from the casino's service. I got to the Hair Cuttery and they were able to seat me and take care of me right away. There were stylists that were actually working on clients already and the receptionist at the time was handeling the phones and the desk. But she, and I wished I would've have remembered her name, was a God sent. She told me that she could do it for me and took me to her station immediately. She was fantastic! They did a beautiful job on my hair in past and just recently I took my 6 Year old autism son here to get his hair done for Christmas and she was great and the hair was beautiful my son even loved it. I'm planning to try to go back with my son to get our hair done here again, we love the place and we love the people. They have great experience and they are very professional with great communication skills, I recommend any mom's dad's or parents who have kids or even autism kids to come here and they are also LGBTQ+🌈 friendly, when I came in it was a very welcoming friendly non-judgmental and safe feeling environment, it didn't even matter that I'm gay they were still okay and comfortable with doing my hair and my son hair.
