Scratch Bros — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Love this little spot, perfect for getting a variety of different food. Today I had the pleasure of being the first to try their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. My wife and I were eager to try it since she hasn't been able to find a good one in the city since leaving Nashville proper.

I will say the chicken was excellently cooked and tasty. The best thing going for the sandwich was the spice blend, closest to Nashville we've seen so far. Only critiques were that the hot honey may not be needed, pulled the flavor away too much from the spices and the bun could have been a smaller haha.
