A cheesesteak was $10.99 but if u want fried onions, ketchup,Mayo eat, it cost $1.00 for each condiment, which is a get over, fried onions, ketchup, mustard and Mayo should be free and on top of that, the neat does not taste like a cheesesteak and it does t snell like a cheesesteak, as soon as you unwrapped the paper, youshoukd smell the aroma of a cheesesteak. Stacy's pizza is beyond the best cheesesteak I've ever tasted, and they give you sooo much meat and it's real steak, the best. I am actually sad that I have to give this place only 2 stars because the food is usually pretty good, my kids absolutely love their pizza n the salads were great until today... so I ordered a grilled salmon salad with extra dressing that cost $13 that's pricey for a salad but it comes in a tasty bread bowl. Well today what I got was a tiny burned bread bowl and only a handful of lettuce. I called to voice my concerns and the young lady answering the phone said they couldn't do anything to accommodate me and that they had already accommodated me by bringing me my food that I paid for... yeah ok. I asked to speak to an owner or someone in charge and this gentleman gets on the phone to tell me he's not sending me anything else and they're not refunding my money even though the first thing I said to him was that I drive and I'll bring it back so they could see that it was skimpy. He proceeded to go into a shouting match with me telling me that he always makes the bread bowl the same and that I was wrong. Had to stop here for the afternoon after a terrible and unexpected snow day drove us out of Central High School. All the busses were stuck in the snow, and many of the kids were dressed in nothing more than light sweatshirts without coats and were literally seeking refuge because we had been forced out of the school. You would expect that all the nearby businesses would realize the seriousness of the situation, and go out of their way to help save the kids from frostbite, right? Unfortunately, the people at Sorrento's Pizza seemed much more concerned with keeping their meager trickle of customers happy then helping us kids, who also happen to be one of their largest sources of income. We were yelled at multiple times for just standing there, barely able to move because we were so tightly packed in trying to stay warm. One of the employees even threatened to kick us out if we weren't buying anything, which he fortunately didn't follow through on.
