Donât get me wrong, the food was good! Itâs the customer service of the owner that GOT ME!!! I ordered from here before and food was always GOOD and was delivered PROMPT & HOT! With this, I was happy to order 3 breakfast platters today! The 1st platter: pancakes and scrambled cheese eggs(no meat), 2nd platter: pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs & turkey bacon & 3rd platter: pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs, 2 pork sausages with 2 extra sausages. The total came to $29+ for delivery plus I gave the driver a $5+ tip (total $35).
We are literally 4 blocks away. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND that I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER!!! I get it! Our food was COLD!!! My husband was more upset than me so I just called to let them know that âalthough the food is GOOD & CORRECT, it arrived cold! Just letting you know. The owner answered the phone again(she took my original order). At first, she acted like she couldnât understand what I was saying. When I broke it down, then she said, âWell can you warm it up?â. For a minute, I was stunned them I said, âI did but again, I just want to let you know! She said , well youâre NOT the only customer (hence, above in this paragraph) and you can just warm it up! I told her, âagain, I DID but YOU SHOULDNâT HAVE TO!! I said politely, âhave a nice dayâ & hung up!
Now minutes later, my expectant daughter called & asked did âwe have food cookedâ & I told her I just ordered from the Scramble Club and did she want anything? She wanted the pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs and turkey bacon. I called to order and the âownerâ answered again! I gave my order & asked politely, âcan the food be warmer this time & not cold? She said firmly, âYouâre going to have to WARM IT UP BECAUSE ITâS COLD OUTSIDE & IF YOU DONâT WANT IT COLD & CANâT PICK IT UP, THEN DONâT ORDER BECAUSE IT WILL BE COLD!!! When I said, âwhy would a customer expect their food to be cold upon arrival of you have warming bags? How about the IGNORANT BIT#% said DONâT ORDER THEN & HUNG UP!!!
I called back and said âIâM GOING TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT YOUR IGNORANT A$$ & hung up!!!

   Read moreTerrible customer service! I order from here every mornin for my office staff and myself. They are always on point with food and delivery time is usually quick. Today, even with me being understanding of the holiday they took over an hour to deliver food. The food was cold and my order was incorrect. When the delivery guy dropped off the food, he placed the coffees on the table and they fell. Because they were bagged I didnât realize that the Coffee spilled inside of the plastic bag.
I called to let them know and the person that answers that takes the order was apologetic and offered to remake and or credit. She also offered to bring me another coffee. I requested a refund just for the sandwich when they bring me the coffee back but the lady the said her manager said I cannot have my refund. Once Shirley the manager got on the phone, she said she cannot issue me a refund because I would have to pay another $2.00 delivery fee even though someone was already coming back to bring me another coffee. She was very rude and impolite. I know Iâm jut another customer but I Ofer from here daily for my office. Shirley then had the driver call me back and he says nothing spilled. Front of the house was sitting off to the side on their phone's and I stood at the counter for a few seconds before being asked with an attitude "can we help you " While still sitting off to the side. The one girl got up and rang me up. The other still sat off to the side.
I left and forgot to ask for my drink so I came back a few minutes later and apologized and asked for my drin . The one rude girl asks like I'm bothering her, with no others in the restaurant "so you want your drink now?" I politely said yes, please and thanked her as I left. She's now looking at her phone as I thank her, only to get an "mhm" as my response. I don't care how good the food is, not with giving them any more of my money.
