Southside Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So I always order south side all the time with door dash and they food always come out perfect. I then called through my phone and order from them and a man told me it would be my last time ordering from my actual phone number because I supposedly cancel twice or nobody open the door but that never happen since I cancel it. I found that it is unprofessional because what if I didn’t have enough money on those day but I could afford it today ? So he told me with an attitude that this would be my last time ordering from my actual phone or use a different number to order my food. It’s ridiculous how he refuse to let me order just because I said what does the two cancel have to do with today order. So then he was like this is my last time ordering from there. I understand you could refuse customer service and ask for your customer for feedback but by judging from the past ordering doesn’t specify today order yet it’s a shame how you don’t give a customer another chance to order again because of finances problem. I thought you suppose to give a good customer service instead of refusing the service. Sometimes if you think about it some people can’t afford the food for all this...

Wow, I've passed by this place twice a day every day for 3 months now, and I finally got a chance to stop by. Incredible! Southside Pizza, at the corner of 8th and Mifflin. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, large menu, not just pizza. The first time I got a bacon burger and cheese fries. The second time was a Tuesday so I got  tacos. The third time I got the shrimp basket with fries, the menu said 21 pieces of shrimp, but they gave me 23 💚 came with garlic toast. Everything I got here was absolutely delicious, and very filling. The spicy shrimp pizza is, beyond all shadow of a doubt, the greatest pizza I've ever had in my life. They've got this really good carrot cake you should check out while...

I used to order from them at all the times , but super bowl night was the last one. I understand special events they get very busy ,but if you are already busy ,why you keep taking orders ???? 😠😠😠😠 we were waiting 2 hrs and call back to check on the order ,he said the order left already ok... one more hr. And guess what???? We never had our delivery. That night we had no dinner at all .. I was so mad. My kids didn't want to eat anything 'cause they wanted pizza. Omg... I will never order again. It was very easy to said . Sorry we are not taking more orders. WE ARE ALREADY SUPER...
