Nice dogs at this park. Let those dogs run around, I tell you what. I've seen dogs in this park and I brought a dog to the park. The volunteers keep it clean, thanks volunteers. I am an everyday average man, and there's nothing unusual about me. This park is out of this world and otherworldly. Supernatural levels of cuteness and dogs at this park. Dogs come here. Dogs leave here and return again. Dogs play with other dogs. We enjoy seeing it. It's so good for the dogs. Dogs dogs dogs. There is an area for big dogs and small dogs. No medium dog section.

Great free small dog park. Space for large and small dogs. Astroturf and high sturdy fences. Clean and poop bags available. Fountains but usually not working and people being water. Not the biggest and usually full but never seems like too many dogs. Kiddie pools in the summer and always balls around. Metal benches that get cold in winter. A little shade from trees but not a ton. Have yet to see an aggressive or problem dog. Overall great experience.

My Lucky & I are thrilled to have discovered this amazing place through a friend!!! Very clean & spacious. Everyone we met were extremely welcoming. Lucky made lots of new furry friends. Will be coming back. Only thing is that pups gets thirsty & their watering system is complicated. Be sure to bring your own water bottles for u & ur pup! :)

This is a great little neighborhood dog park for the Passyunk Square neighborhood. It's maintained by an all-volunteer team and they do their best to keep it in good condition. They're also thoughtful about the rules they put in place to protect the dogs and their owners.

Since this isn't a members-only dog park, there are, unfortunately, people who feel entitled and ignore the rules by bringing in non-neutered dogs or their children, but for the most part, it's orderly.

We really need more dog parks like this all over the city. It's too bad a lot of people across South Philly drive to bring their dogs here because they don't have a similar dog park in their neighborhood. This dog park should be used as the gold standard to model other city dog...

Columbus Square Dog Park is a delightful spot for pet owners in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philadelphia. Nestled between 12th and 13th Streets, and Wharton and Reed Streets, this park offers a fenced area where dogs can roam freely off-leash. The park features stumps for playful pups to jump on and a pea gravel ground cover, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs of all sizes. It’s a place where community members can gather and socialize while their furry friends play. The park also emphasizes responsible pet ownership, with rules in place to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, it’s a convenient and welcoming space for local dog owners to enjoy the outdoors...

Cute as hell! My friends and I come here all the time to throw the frisbee. There’s a playground and a large baseball field in the center. There’s picnic tables and places to set up a blanket and enjoy the sunshine. People are always walking by and kids sports leagues happen all the time here but it never feels overcrowded. John’s water ice posts up on the NE corner of the park around 6 almost every afternoon. It’s definitely a hidden gem of the neighborhood. There’s also a dog park if you got a little pup you want to bring. Highly recommend for a...
