I come to this starbucks all the time and I usually have nothing but good things to say. Now they have this new rule where you have to wait for a worker to give you your mobile order. I understand this might be a new rule for covid, but at this store it just started within the past few weeks. I mobile order so that I can be in and out, I don’t like bothering the employees when I see they’re so so busy. Today was a packed sunday, and the workers were so busy making drinks that a crowd was growing around the pickup area. It’s really frustrating when other customers come in and ignore the signs and still take their food without waiting for a staff member, meanwhile I’ve been standing there looking at my order for the past 5 minutes but don’t want to “break the rules”. I finally got brave enough to ask if they minded if I just grabbed my order, I got a sassy response back and was finally handed my order. All i’m saying is- if you’re gonna make this new rule, you need to realize how it’s only stressing the staff out more. they might as well just hire a whole other staff member just to hand out mobile orders. I’ve been a server for years and that’s why I like to avoid annoying the staff at all costs, but now it feels like with this new rule no matter what the staff is getting the short end...
Read moreAbsolute worst! First, the customer service is awful and you’ll be waiting forever. There were 3 people working today and I still waited 25 minutes. I ordered 2 drinks exactly the same, 2 venti iced vanilla latte’s with an extra shot of espresso and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. Not rocket science, right? I FINALLY got my drinks and they were white at the bottom and dark brown on top. I said “What kind of drink is this?” she said “What do you mean? They are lattes!” I said I’ve been ordering this drink for 6 years and it’s never looked like this?! She said “you just have to mix them up!” Ummm🤔 why do I have to mix it up? I’m not a barista. So now the sweet cream cold foam that I had to pay extra for is all mixed in with the drink instead of floating at the top with every sip. This isn’t the first time I had a problem at this location. For me to pay almost 10 dollars PER drink, I should be getting a premium drink. Now, I get it. People make mistakes and I’m an easy customer to please but for them to not even try to make it right and look at me like “what’s the big deal, so you gotta mix it up” is just wrong. Read moreWaited 15 minutes to order because there’s only one female cashier and one male barista making drinks. I finally get to order just for them not to have impossible sandwiches. Just great, made my day! There’s no point of being open if products from the menu will not be available.
So besides the sandwich i could not order, i ordered a cold brew. Paid for it, went to the restroom then shopped in target and i go back to Starbucks just for them not to even have started my drink. (It been about 20 minutes since i placed order). I asked for a refund and the male muslim barista told me I am not patient before giving me a refund. He said other things too, but i will not repeat. 20 minutes to make a drink is more than patient though.
