I don’t know what’s more incredible GameStop’s ability to constantly disappoint me or me giving them additional chances. While looking for a copy of Pokémon Sword plus Expansion I was told that this store had a copy in stock. I called the store and a gentleman answers and tells me that they do have it in stock. I drive down and then I’m told that they don’t have it. The African American gentleman with braids then attempts to explain to me that had I used the online tool I would’ve been able to check inventory and not waste time. I explained to him the online tool doesn’t work for this specific game hence why I CALLED and drove down to this section of the city. I take up to the register to a less then enthusiastic employee named Alonzo. He rings me up and tells me the game is 29.99 i tell him then why are there 4 copies of Battlefield 1 marked with the same price? He gives me no explanation and continues on with no solution and expects me to still pay. The time after that i went to a midnight release to pick up call of duty WW2 and a lesser known title called Dot Hack Gu. The employee gave me a hard time giving me the other game as i explained to him that both come out the same night. It took management to finally give me my game. Read moreI did a pre order for a playstation remote nobody called me or left me a voicemail, i called the store and the associate didnt even ask for my information, i told him i pre order he replied that what remote was it i gave him my number and he stated that that remote already came out that there is nothing the could do, this is unacceptable you ar e really quick to take peoples money, but to give the merchandise you really unprofessional.
