I have been a recipient of Meals Direct for about three years now when I first started service everything was great delivery grade food great then all of a sudden things start to fall off. The service was bad delivery was late. It was just it was just a mess. I will call with my complaints, and receive the runaround one days someone put me on the phone with the manager. Her name was I told her with my complaint has been she asked me to give her a list of the things that I would like to receive in my mailbox. I gave her the list and the box prior to the list that they had given me she replaced the box gave me everything that I asked for and this is been going on for for a little bit now , so if you have a hard time receiving your Meals, my suggestion is to call back and ask for my she will take your order and make sure that you receive the things that you want. I mean, I really couldnât believe it when she told me she would do this, but she did it and itâs been working and I am really satisfied thank you my for all your help and your service and this is a real review.    Read moreMy fiancé grandmother started getting these meals recently and she's very hard to deal with but your delivery driver was so patient with her even though it was getting late in the day and I'm sure she was tired she wanted to go home she was such a sweetheart making her smile and even laughing. The meals are always chicken possibly a suggestion like meatloaf or even cabbage and noodles and less broccoli but it is very much appreciated , As far as calling the office we did try quite a few times but always get no return call or it sounds like a hassle so it is what it is , The delivery girl makes her feel like she's special even compliments her on her hair just wish we could always have the same driver. She's very courteous and delivers the food always with a smile even in the bad weather. Her name is Dianne nice girl and always calls us ahead of time just in case we are at the doctor's appointment. Today, one of your drivers decided to take a shortcut through my yard again instead of using the driveway like a normal person. Iâve told him multiple times NOT to use my yard to turn around. But today, during the rain, he did it anywayâand tore up my lawn in the process. He didnât speak English, couldnât communicate, and ended up stuck. My neighbors had to come help push him out.
When I called to report this, your phone rep had the audacity to tell me I was holding up other deliveries. Noâyour driver caused the delay. I asked them to please tell him to stop spinning the tires because he was just digging himself in deeper. I admit, I used a few strong wordsâbut after this level of incompetence, who wouldnât? Instead of helping, they told me not to âspeak like that.â
So go aheadâkeep hiring clueless drivers to deliver food that most people end up throwing away anyway because it smells like trash and tastes worse.
