Listen, I buy ice coffee everyday, for almost a year now, yesterday I asked got charged more than yesterday, so I asked the lady did price go up I buy the same thing everyday, she immediately say no, you are antagonizing me. I said buy asking why it's more today. So I ask for manager 1st manager come over with an attitude and say oh I delt with you before, yes before her rep over charged me for a drink and when my co workers order they pay 1 price 537. She fixed it that time when she realized I was right. This time you didn't ask you come over with,attitude I asked the manager the reps name she asked me why, I then told her I was going to report this, she said no, another manager came out, I ask her please ring me up and tell me price for ice coffee please it was 537. What I been paying, teach you employees how to talk to people, and not to mention the rep kept getting loud and making a seen when I just wanted to know why today's price is different, if i order on the app prices are totally different but if you go to that store and order it's always and issue, also the manager had to hold back the rep like the lady wanted to to to harm or do something to me, view your recordings. You have 1 manager that knows what she's doing.the lady that cam out to assist she rung me up and told her other manager and the rep no it's 537. But the said I have to pay 6 something prices in this location always changing. It's bad because they rep in question she always makes the best ice coffee for me, I don't know if she had a bad day but regardless you don't take out on a paying customer. One of the only places open for food is Starbucks in the founders building. I order Oatmeal. The girl (black and red hair) can't find it but is super nice and asks her associate for help. The associate (black hair) comes to help. She seems annoyed. I thank her. She ignores me. When she brings it out to me, I thank her again. She ignores me again. Each time i spoke we were less than 2 feet away from each other. Then when she called for the rest of my order I didn't even realize it because she spoke so low. Meanwhile I could hear her clearly while she was taking people orders. Seems like she deliberately spoke low. Why? Be a better person. Don't be rude. I have a major life changing event happening for me. I could use a little grace. I hope no one treats you the same way when you're going through something.

My last encounter there they gave me the wrong drink. I politely said, ā Iām sorry this was supposed to be..ā and told them the correct drink, the barista had her back turned to me, refused to look at me to address the issue and just shook her head. I looked at the cup and she wrote the correct drink on there and just made it wrong. This is just one of the many poor encounters Iāve had with this staff. I refuse to revisit this location and advise they make some employee corrections.
