PaperMill - Fresh Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The PaperMill food truck was an amazing experience for the baby shower we had in anticipation of our first grandson! Everyone reacted exactly as we wanted them to react. "Wow! A food truck what a great idea!" PaperMill was recommended to us and raved about by a friend and boy they did not disappoint. The food was excellent 😋 we had guacamole and chips, chicken satay, pork sliders with asian slaw and honey soy chicken wings for the appetizers. Everyone loved it. We said but wait there's more! The entrees were avacado spurritos, slowed cooked pork tacos, bulgogi beef banh mis and lemongrass chicken bowls. We also did the watermelon lime refreser and cucumber lime agua fresca beverage package that was just delicious and refreshing. They arrived an hour early for setup and served for 3 hours. Mia and Katie ran that food truck like a well oiled machine. They were both so incredibly nice and accommodating to our guests which really took the experience to another level! We catered for 50 people. Any leftovers were packed and left with us. For us we also loved that the truck was parked in our driveway, our guests got their food, sat in the backyard to eat and threw away their boxes when done - no work no mess no cooking no cleaning easy breezy!!! We will definitely use them again in the future! Three of our guests were interested in using them for their upcoming events. We would highly recommend them for the food truck experience, excellent food and amazing customer service! Hope you have a chance to enjoy...

The first time tried this food truck was at a Cinco de Mayo food truck festival in Philadelphia and instantly fell in love with the food. As soon as I started planning for my wedding, I knew I wanted a food truck and I reached out to Papermill! From day one, the communication between Alex and Jake was quick and easy and the prices were right on budget. We decided on a day to meet with them, where they were serving their food, to do a tasting menu so we could pick what we wanted for our wedding. It was a hard choice because everything they gave us was delicious! Fast forward to our wedding day, most of our guest never tried food like this and it was unanimous, they loved it! Our wedding was about 1.5h away from Philadelphia and my husband and I (as well as my wedding party) were pretty busy on the day of, but they arrived on time and started to setup. They were very friendly to our guests and at the end of the night, they packed up whatever food was left over for us to keep. This was such a fantastic experience and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing!! If anyone is interested in a food truck for any type of event I HIGHLY recommend this food truck!!

I had to take this opportunity to praise PaperMill foods.

We had a 60+ people wedding celebration at our home. I, In the past, have had smaller events or parties at our home where I have prepared the food. Having our guests , happy and well fed, is very important to us.

This was the first time I had a party catered and could not have been more pleased with PaperMill. First and foremost, Alex and Cece were so sweet and accommodating. They came with fresh food. They prepared the food on the spot, decorated their cooking table with baskets and they displayed everything beautifully. There were sides, spices and sauces to accompany their dishes. They accommodated everyone with vegetarian dishes and meat dishes.

After being with us for quite a few hours they cleaned up everything and left the food and accessories for us to continue eating if needed. It appeared seamless and easy...when I am sure that it took a lot of prep and hard work.

I can't thank them enough or give them a higher recommendation. I hope you use them. You will not be...
